My name is Maro Maskovic. I'm marine engineer on cargo ships. Half year I spent on ship and half with my wife and two boys at home in Dubrovnik. I was born in Dubrovnik like all my family. Me I my sister Kate started small family renting business 2008 in our old family house located in Dubrovnik Old Town.

Our apartments are located in the center of the old town, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Our former guests have really enjoyed our apartments as you can read in their reviews.
This apartment is above and beyond what you would ever expect. There are actually 2 apartments, of which I stayed in the larger 1 bedroom. The view looks onto the main street in the Old Town/fortified city of Dubrovnik. The views of all the activity leave you feeling connected and loving the city.
My experinance: The owner of the apartment allowed us to check in a bit early and escorted us from the Bus stop and delivered us to the airport for a small fee. The apartment had all new appliances, washer and dryer, cable TV, well insulated windows to keep out street activity, all new furnitire that included a comfy sleeper sofa, a large bed, dining table in the living room, stove and partially stocked shelves with Coffee/tea/water. I cant imagine a more perfect place to stay, especially after traveling and staying in hotels, you really feel at home in this destination tourist city. The only thing to note would be that this apartment is on the 3rd floor with lots of stairs. This is fine as long as you dont have someone who cannot take stairs- there are no elevator lifts. But if you can get someone to carry you and your stuff you'll be fine!
I very much plan on staying again!!
