Our spacious 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths townhouse comfortably sleeps 7. The charming home has a well-stocked kitchen, WiFi Internet connection, color TV's, DVD and cable, video library, dishwasher, trash compactor, and washer/dryer for your use. Other small appliances include coffee maker and grinder, toaster, microwave oven, ice-maker, electric mixer, food processor, hair dryers, and iron. Bed linens and towels, as well as paper products are available for your use. Larger towels for use at the Hot Springs pool are also provided. We have all your needs in mind when stocking this house. We want to make life on vacation easy so that you can leave some of the luggage at home. For the young ones, we have everything from Sippy cups to a pack 'n play sleeper, plus an assortment of toys and games. For the adventurous we have 3 bikes and a two child chariot at your disposal.
The property has three levels of living space with a two car attached garage. The lower level, which sleeps 5, has two bedrooms. One with an adorable skier theme has twin beds, and the other with bunk beds and trundle that sleeps three. A full bathroom with tub and shower completes this floor.
You enter the unit on the ground floor from either the front door or garage. This floor includes a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, en suite bath, and the laundry. A deck off the master bedroom is a peaceful spot overlooking the river that's perfect for morning coffee, reading, or watching wildlife!
The upper level's focal points are a high-ceilinged, light and airy Great Room with living and dining areas to seat 8, a gas fireplace, and a large kitchen with a wonderful island for added workspace or entertainment. Great for holidays or family reunions! A half bath and an alcove desk area put the final touches on this level. In addition, there is a deck with gas grill and dining area to enjoy watching the fishermen on the river or taking in the majestic mountain sunsets.
This townhouse is family owned and managed by family members who are on call to attend to emergencies or meet any other vacation needs should you request concierge service.

River House On the Fork is right in town, convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, banks, and sports rental shops. A brand new RAFTA bus headquarters is only three blocks away, and the buses will take you up valley to Aspen!
Plenty of activities other than winter skiing or summer fishing! A local Vaudeville show is a must see! A morning bike ride to Carbondale for breakfast or a visit to Glenwood's new library will provide both physical and mental exercise. Children will love the train museum at the Railroad Station!
