Self catering for up to 4 persons in new apartment with superb sea views

This new ground floor apartment built in 2009 sleeps up to four people. It has a spacious lounge/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. There are two bedrooms consisting of one double and two single beds. The bathroom is comprised of walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. All bed linen and towels included in cost. The lounge has television for English (ITV and BBC), Spanish and French channels a DVD player, Wireless Internet connection and a variety of flims, games and information about the local area. All of the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito nets to windows.

There is also a terrace with excellent views of the sea, with a patio table and seating for four. Exclusive use of owners 8 x 4 metre private pool (owners live on site) BBQ, sun-bed area and boulles court . Large sun-house newly added for spring 2012 with adequate seating for four people

Off road parking available. Gated secure access.

Happiness is in small things

Perfect! i've been to Cumbre before two or three times, so I can compare different properties and owners. You know - when you just searching through properties, you see more-less the same - bedrooms, pool, terrace, sun, see. and nly upon arrival you see, if the owners are really care about making you rest comfortable in every small thing. John and Path do care! Thank you for your hospitality! Thank you for cold wine and water in the fridge, that we found the first night after long trip from Madrid. Thank you for helping with BBQ. Thank you for taking care of every detail. Your care and hospitality made our stay perfect!

Relaxing, friendly and welcoming

This is our kinda place. We returned for a third visit this year and each time we cannot fail to be impressed by John and Pat's lovely villa and the surrounding area - I'll never get tired of that view John! We still find new places to visit and places to eat. Javea, Calpe, and Moreira all have sandy safe beaches. Plenty of places to eat in Moreira, about 20 minutes away with a large free open air car park. Try Oona's for cheap quality English nosh or Terravina tapas bar/restaurant for a great choice. Take the steep road down to the local beach after dark for cocktails in the beach bar under the moonlight and lanterns.

Great place for a holiday

Dear Patricia and John, thank you for a lovely stay!

The villa is located on the hill and has a beautiful view of the sea. The area around the villa is decorated with lots of flowers. Around clean and quiet - the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The apartments have everything you need. By car, you can travel the many towns on the coast. Paritsa and John are very welcoming and helpful. We visited with them three times and hope to return again.

Fantastic Apartment

We had a fabulous 10 day holiday at John & Pat's apartment. They were so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, they really looked after us. The views are spectacular and the surrounding area lovely and quiet. The apartment is within easy reach of Moraira andJavea and we will most certainly be holidaying there again soon.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

we have just returned from a fabulous two week stay at John and Pat's apartment. The apartment was lovely and clean and spacious enough for the four of us ( 2 adults and 2 children). John and Pat were more than helpful - nothing was too much too much trouble for them. Most days they went out so the pool was solely for our use. The views are fantastic and it was so peaceful. We would recommend this property to everybody and are planning our next trip out there!

Prachtig en relaxed!

Wanneer je op zoek bent naar een rustig, relaxed en compleet verblijf dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres!

Patricia en John zijn warme, vriendelijke mensen die je met open armen ontvangen en altijd klaarstaan terwijl ze toch je privacy volledig respecteren. Het apt. is ruim opgezet, mooi ingericht en er is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is geweldig (vooral het uitzicht is fantastisch).

Alhoewel een auto noodzakelijk is hoef je niet ver te gaan voor winkels en het strand. Vooral Moraira is een gezellige badplaats waar 's avonds altijd iets te doen is (ook voor de jeugd)

We hebben 13 heerlijke dagen gehad en zullen dit verblijf zeker aanraden!

Cumbre del Sol is located in the municipality of Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira, surrounded by green spaces and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car drive there are two bars on Moriag Beach. Secluded Moraig beach is a cove for exploring, bathing or sunbathing. Swimming and snorkly around the bay and coves is very popular, or just rest and sun bathe in the nudist area at the far end of the beach. A well stocked supermarket, large Cumbre restaurant with pool, farmacia, hair dressers are 10 minute drive or if you prefer the local town of Benitachell and Moraira is a short car drive from the apartment. Hiking on the cliffs, discovering how the inhabitants of Benitachell used to fish whilst hanging from the cliffs, practice water sports; diving; or simply enjoy the caves and good climate of its famous beach. During the summer months while away the evening at the two bars and restaurants or picnic on the beach and watch the boats go by and the sun setting. The lighthouse at Cap de la Nao which can be seen in the distance is just a short journey away and well worth the visit. The town of Moraira with its bustling shops and restaurants, superb beaches and marine life is just 15 minutes drive away and is famous for its Friday markets and local Fiestas. Kart racing, ten pin bowling, local indoor swimming pool, paddle courts, flat green bowls, petanque courts, computer clubs and lots more activities to please all the family.
