This quiet Finca between Son Servera (~ 1 km) and Arta (~ 5 km) offers excellent comfort: A chalet in Moorish style, constructed with the finest building materials, antique terracotta tiles, mares stones, an excellent interior equipment with high-value furniture and paintings. A living space of 320 m2 on two floors and a plot of ~ 14.300 m2 with a big garden incl. palm trees build the environment for a very comfortable holiday, for a big family, 2 families or a team of golfers: SAT-TV, air condition and heating in all rooms, washing and dishing machines, separate WC, open office/studio at the gallery, BBQ, furniture for the terraces and the nice, big oval pool. Parking, carport for several cars. Marvellous sea view towards Costa de los Pinos. Excellent shopping facilities in Son Serv., Arta or Capdep./Cala Ratjada. There are 4 golf courses nearby Pula Golf- 18 holes, Son Serv. Golf - 9 holes, Canyamel Golf - 18 holes, Capd. Golf - 18 holes.

Coming from the airport in Palma de Mallorca via Manacor, San Lorenco to Son Servera arc, direction Arta, approx. 700 m straight, then turn right, ~ 300 on your left sight you see the nice chalet Oasis, with a steel-gateway. The town Son Servera offers an excellent infrastructure with shops, restaurants, bank, supermarket, post office etc. In Arta (~ 5 km) there you find the market place (Tuesday), in Cala Ratjada (~10 km) Saturday. In Canyamel you find the 300 m wide sandy beach (excellent for children) and 18 x clay tennis courts.

Oasis: The name has been chosen because the finca-oasis guarantees silence, comfort, wellness, including the romantic pool, which can be illuminated at night, surrounded by palm trees, and the planted big area of 14.300 m2. The entrance with electric door-opening guides to the parking area behind the chalet. The BBQ invites to a nice barbecue, on top of the pool. From all rooms you have an excellent sea view towards Costa de los Pinos.

Beaches: Top sandy beaches are in Canyamel, Cala Bona, Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada, Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta etc. (within 6-10 km).

shopping facilities/ restaurants: Supermarkets Eroski in Son Servera, Arta, Capdepera, Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor. Small shops in all towns. Restaurants: Top: Sara de Pula within Pula Golf Hotel Can Simonetta, round circle Canyamel right to the sea, Arta: Parisienne and Can Balager main road. Capdepera: Orient Cafe´ with good tapas and sometimes famous tourists Canyamel: Isabel with Toni (nice games inclusive) as well other small ones.
