The house is at a perfect place for lots of hikes & mountain tours & one-day-excursions such as trips around the Dolomites, to the Garda lake, (1, 5 hrs approx.), Venice etc.
You can go to the ample sunny ski area of Seiseralm within 5 minutes by the free shuttle bus (the stop is in front of the house). This is the favourite place for those who are looking for relaxation, for amateur skiers, children, cross-country skiing and ski hikers.
The ski area of Gröden, Sella Ronda is within 10-15 minutes. There are in the nearby cities (Bolzano, Meran, Brixen, Sterzing) interesting sightseeing, many museums and great shopping possibilities.
Ski: The ample sunny area of Seiseralm is a famous Winter sport area. This is the favourite place for those who are looking for relaxation, for cross-country skiers, amateur skiers, specially well adapted for children, and ski hikers. There are plenty of modern climbing facilities, as well as the best equipped, ample and sunny ski-slopes, endless panoramic of Loipen, 57m2 of ski and winter hikers facilities & access to the ski area of Gröden, Monte Pana and the world famous Sella Roma. There is a large course offer for every winter sport. It is easy to arrive by the panoramic train Seiseralm. There is a free shuttle bus to the train & to the village centre, bus stop just in front of the house.
