This is a 3 bedroom detached house on the seafront, 30meters to the beach.
It is by the sea, yet it is only 5 mins walk from the centre of Guzelcamli where a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found.
Location is ideal for beach holidays (2 mins walk!), trekking, walking, cycling (bicycles available, there is a 5 mile bicycle path by the sea) and sightseeing (minibuses depart to Kusadasi/Soke every 10-15mins, free collection to Turkey's biggest waterpark, Aquafantasy).
It is located very close to a national park (10 min walk to the entrance, minibuses go every 15 mins) famous for its trekking paths, clean beaches and secluded bays.
House can accommodate upto 6 people. Upstairs, there is a bathroom, 2 big bedrooms with sea view, both air-conditioned, one smaller bedroom. Downstairs, a modern kitchen with oven, cooker, dishwasher, a living room with satellite TV, PlayStation, DVD player. There is a big terrace with a BBQ.

It is ideal location for people looking for a seaside holiday in a comfortable hose beside the beach and nice restaurants.
It can be easily accessed from variety of places nearby including Izmir, Bodrum, Kusadasi, Pamukkale.
This is the only detached house by the sea in a rural area yet very close to amenities like nice restaurants and supermarkets.
We really enjoyed our stay in your house. As we had a car we travelled throughout the area and it was a good base for exploration. It was very convenient connecting with the houseminder, I'm sorry I've forgotten his name, and he was waiting for us at the centre circle when we arrived to lead us to the house. The house was comfortable and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the view of the Aegean, Samos and the beach walk. The weather was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, well maintained house. Stayed with two adults and two adult children. Having shopping, market, early morning bakery and restaurants all in easy walking distance made our holiday truly restful as we rarely had to use the car. Strolling along the sea shore with the locals and vacationing families and enjoying a glass of tea while watching the spectacular sunsets was amazing! The terrace has shade at all times and we loved the swing. We also found it a perfect base for exploring the area (Ephesus, Davutlar hot springs)
The owner was great to work with and made our planning very easy.
We are a young couple, we spent a week in this villa with my parents and my sister (5 adults altogether). The villa is really well equipped, the layout is perfect, if I were to buy a villa on a beach, I would go for one like this.
The beach is literally just across the road - we were a little worried by the lack of swimming pool but we shouldn't have - you can relax and sunbathe in the private garden without people looking onto you, then just a ten second walk to the beach for a swim!
Shops and restaurants are around 5-10 minutes walk away, and the Monday morning market is amazing, we did the shopping for the whole week there, so we just had to do top-ups in the shops.
In terms of sights, we went to see Ephesus and the Zeus cave, both were fantastic.
We spent a week, from August 8 to 15, 2014 in this lovely house, clean and tidy. We were 4 adults and we enjoyed the comfort, equipment and space of the house.
Ayhan, an old friend of the owner, welcomed us warmly and was very helpful and gave us good advice.
The house is particularly designed for the summer, with a large and shady terrace, 2 tables (one for breakfast / lunch and another cooler for dinner), bedrooms with air conditioning.
It is close to the beach, in a very nice typical Turkish village, away from the popular resorts. All amenities are close by, restaurants, shops, super markets, all in 5 mins walking distance
It's nice and easy to swim in the sea when we are only 30 meters from the beach!
The people are very friendly to Güzelçamli.
Nearby, the ancient sites of Ephesus, Priene, Miletus and Didyma are very interesting. There is also Dilek National Park, and Kuşadasi for the evening entertainment.
Do not miss the Monday morning market which is full of colorful and tasty fruits and vegetables!
The owner was very helpful, and gave us all needed explanations before we arrive.

Every facility is within walking distance, beach, market, supermarket, shops, restaurants, minibus stops... very very handy location, beautiful clean sea, nice house... highly recommend
Location is great, just by the sea, great beaches, great nature (national park 10 mins by walking). Great outdoor sitting area, comfortable beds, house is excellent.

We really enjoyed the house and town. The house was right across from the water and close to restaurants and beaches. The national park is just down the street and was wonderful with lots of beaches, animals and sites.
Guzelcamli is a seaside village surrounded with forests and mountains. It is located right beside Dilek National park. It has a population of 6,000 in winter (15,000 in summer).
