Spacious 2 BR / 2 Ba, Walking Distance To Beach, Shops, Restaurants.

Our 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath Haleakala Shores condo is spacious and offers comfortable amenities and easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Being close to one of Kihei's most popular beaches makes our property special. You can stroll across the street to the beach, and maybe pop back into the condo for a quick bite to eat. No need to fight for a beach parking spot when you are in close proximity to Kamaole Beach Park III.

Park your car in the assigned covered carport and either take the stairs to the condo or the elevator located in the center of the building. Covered parking is rare in Maui. You will be relieved when you get in your car and it has been protected from the sun.

Living Room - 2 comfortable couches, one folds into a Queen sofa sleeper. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and radio. A ceiling fan and an A/C wall unit are available for your comfort. A four seat dining table allows you to either dine inside, or choose to dine outside on the lanai at the 5 seat round table. Whether you are a return guest to Maui, or this is your first visit, we want to make your stay comfortable in our home, so in the living room you will find a guest information binder with important information about the condo, the property, emergency numbers, area restaurants and shops, and some local knowledge of fun things to do around the island.

Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare meals.

Master Bedroom - has a King bed, access to the lanai, a flat screen TV and DVD player, a ceiling fan, and an A/C wall unit.

Master Bathroom - The Master Bathroom is ensuite of the bedroom. Walk-in shower with glass shower door enclosures, pedestal sink, ample closet space with mirror doors also includes several clothes hangers.

Guest Bedroom - sliding Shoji pocket doors slide into the wall to create an open space from the bedroom to the living room, or slide them closed for privacy. The guest bedroom has a King size bed and a large dresser for your items.

Guest Bathroom - is ensuite of the bedroom. Walk-in shower with glass shower door enclosures, pedestal sink, ample closet space with mirror doors also includes several clothes hangers.

We also provide for your fun and sun enjoyment: beach chairs (3), umbrella, soft sided cooler on wheels, noodles, beach towels.

We go a step beyond other condos and we provide our guests with our own line of travel size Hawaiian Botanicals coconut shampoo, papaya conditioner, lavender lotion and lavender/coconut soap. You will also find a starter supply of dish-washing detergent, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen soap, a fresh sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We want you to enjoy your time on Maui and not have to worry about household goods.

On-site amenities - Swimming pool with BBQ area. Elevator. Assigned covered parking stall (1 car only).

South Kihei is a popular destination for visitors and locals. Many shops and restaurants are peppered throughout the area. Haleakala Shores is walking distance to several of our favorite restaurants. You will also be a short drive to the fine dining restaurants of Wailea, as well as The Shops at Wailea, Wailea golf courses, and beautiful beaches. If you enjoy leisurely strolls, you will love the 2 mile walk from the condo to the tree-lined shaded Wailea area. There is also a nice ocean-side beach walk that goes through the Wailea area.

2 WEEKS AT THE BEACH!

the place was nice for what is was needed for.
several items were broken which were one of the reasons we stayed there: boogie boards, beach umbrella. One of the chairs at one of the tables was broken....there were other things also the WORST ITEM was that the parking stall was tiny. We had a Volkswagon Jetta 4 door and it was a tight squeeze. I weigh 134 lbs and had to crawl out the back passenger side door. I had to let the other 2 passengers out before i could pull in or they would not have been able to get out as the car doors would not have been able to be opened. Trash pick up dailey by very loud garbage truck. Too early in the morning and right by our bedrooms. Good local for everything but loud as by roadway.

I really liked the area and complex we stayed in. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and BBQ area was great. Would of given it 5 stars if it was easier to find the parking stall and not be so tight for parking.
