Villa Cinzia Maria is a charming villa surrounded by its own private gardens, pool and olive grove. The property is completely enclosed so you can be sure that your children can wander in the grounds and play with the many toys and games available and still be perfectly safe. Enjoy a dip and cool off in the pool or just relax on the hammocks, swings, hanging chairs or covered seating areas located around the garden. Inside you will find a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player, an open fireplace, a dining area with seating for eight, a writing desk and a well stocked bookcase; the covered terrace also has a table seating eight for al fresco dining. For the cooks among you there are ample utensils for preparing family meals for cooking in the kitchen or on the outside brick built BBQ. The long corridor leads to four double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins. A further 2 single beds can be added to the twin rooms. All the bedrooms have bedside tables and ample storage space.

Taste of Puglia: Olive Oil Tasting: A guided tour of the different stages of olive pressing to produce different types of olive oil finishing with a tasting of the oils.

Puglian Wine Tasting: For seasoned wine tasters or if you have never had a wine tasting before enjoy sampling wine from the region hosted at the villa. Afterwards savour a selection of the regions cheeses, meats, olives etc.

Cycling: For exploring the countryside bike hire (with helmets) can be arranged to be at the villa when you arrive .

The hilltop town of Ceglie Messapica, renowned for its gastronomical excellence, is less than five kilometres away. In and around the town you will find plenty of eateries and bars ranging from Michelin star restaurants to pizzerias where you can dine for less that €5 per head. During the summer months you will often find the streets of the old town decked out in lights as the locals celebrate their patron saints' days with live bands, street markets and fireworks can be enjoyed in the evenings.

Being centrally located between the Adriatic and Ionian seas, you are ideally placed to explore the surrounding towns such as the White City of Ostuni, the baroque town Martina Franca, Alberobello the town of Trulli and also discover the different sandy beaches and rugged coastlines. There is also a Ten Pin Bowling Alley nearby and a safari zoo with an amusement park with rides a short distance away

  • A deposit of 50% is payable by bank transfer or sterling cheque to secure the booking,with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Notes: Our swimming pool is semi-sunk (approx 0.5m from the ground) and measures 5m long x 3 metres wide. The depth is approx. 1.2m. In addition to the pool there are plenty of other activities to keep children entertained such as the swings, swing ball, badminton, volleyballl, basketball, skateboard, roller skates, hoopla, board games, etc. A children's cot and high chair are also available on request. Our housebook is packed full of information of what to do and where to go.

We thoroughly recommend the above property. We stayed for a fortnight in August and found the property to be spacious and very clean. Good facilities and well equipped. Authentic countryside residence with olive, almond and fig trees.
Our group totaled nine in total with room for all comfortably; four adults and five children. We all loved the pool, outside shower and patio area, many an evening was spent barbequing and enjoying the warm evenings. Fantastic veranda with enough seating for our large party.
Local town of Ceglie Messapica great for food shopping and eating out.
Local beaches (approx 30 mins away) Torre Canne great for kids - shallow and warm with pedalos and great bars and restaurants.

Beautiful property, fully enclosed grounds, great veranda, quiet setting but near Ceglie town (plenty of eateries from basic pizza to fine dining). Large and airy rooms. Elderly parents loved the bedroom with ensuite. Thanks.
