This 1512 sq. ft. charming condo offers two bedroom and 2 baths on one level. It has recently been totally upgraded with granite countertops in kitchen.. all new appliances...in fact... Everything Is New! It is located on the Cathedral Canyon Golf Course. Swimming pools and hot tubs are close by. As you drive up, you'll notice that it is located on a quiet cul de sac. The front patio is there for you to enjoy the morning sun on bistro furniture.
The kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a small dinette area with table and chairs. The living space offers all new leather furniture, 50 inch flat screen TV with HD and cable. Just off the living space is the dining room with new table and 6 chairs offering a view of the golf course while you dine. It has a quaint communication window with the kitchen.
The Master Bedroom has a complete bathroom, two large closets, two sinks, a new Cal King bed, new dresser and night stands and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom offers brand new twin beds with the choice to make it a king ( bedding is provided), chest and night stand, a desk to work on and a large closet.
You can enjoy a cool drink on the large deck while you watch the ducks in the pond or the golfers on the course. There is a fire pit table for those cooler nights. Both decks have been newly tiled.
You're 15 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs where you can enjoy fine dining, museums, and shopping. You're also 15 minutes away from El Paseo if you're looking for more upscale shopping. If you're looking for outlet malls, that's only a half hour away at Cabazon,,, it is as close as ten minutes to many other golf courses,,, 15-20 minutes away from spas and casinos.
There is so much to do in the Coachella Valley,,, from hiking, biking, tennis, swimming, fine dining, theater, zoos, museums, art shows, golfing, the Tram, that we know you will enjoy your holiday with us.
What a lovely condo and the central location was perfect - close to old Palm Springs and the airport as well as more shopping/restaurants further down the Valley. We truly enjoyed this well appointed newly furnished comfortable home-away-from-home. The condo was spotless upon arrival, the kitchen was very well equipped, and all the essentials were supplied to get started. It had plenty of comfortable outdoor as well as indoor seating. The golf course view from the spacious well appointed west patio was lovely and also featured a gas fire pit to enjoy on cooler evenings. We enjoyed morning coffees every day on the sunny east facing bistro patio. The pool and hot tub, only steps away from the front door, were always pristine and rarely busy. Grocery stores, the pharmacy, restaurants and movie theatres were moments away by auto.
Everything you needed for an enjoyable stay was here, including friendly neighbors who were helpful and knowledgeable. The owners were very accessible and handled all our queries in a timely professional manner. We would highly recommend this condo.
Cathedral City is located about 15 minutes from Palm Springs where you can partake of a variety of restaurants , shopping and experience the Thursday night arts and crafts night. It is also ten to 20 minutes away from most golf courses. You only have a ten minute drive from the airport.
