PRIVATE PATIO COURTYARD & JACUZZI: L-Shaped wrap around private patio with secluded Jacuzzi with Waterfall. Also featured is an outdoor living entertaining area complete with Outdoor BBQ Grill & Bar, outdoor dining table w/ Ceiling Fan and panoramic views of the Resort Clubhouse and Pool and the picturesque Santa Rosa Mountains.

RATES & FEES:

Our Nightly Rental Rates Vary Between $129 (Summer Season) to $800+(Coachella Festival) and are based on # of occupants, Rental Season and Length of Stay. Holiday & Event Festivals are rented at Peak Rates with 5night minimum.

Damage Deposit, Cleaning Fees & any other additional charges are based on #of occupants and length of stay. (Damage Deposit during Coachella/Stagecoach starts at $1300+)

We offer discounted rates for extended weekly & monthly rentals so please inquire within.

Preferred form of payment is check via snail mail or direct deposit into our verified business account at Wells Fargo. We prefer payment in full 30-60 days prior to check-in but are able to offer a 50/50 payments plan if necessary. We can accept credit cards if absolutely necessary, but a 2.5-3.2% handling fee will apply to the total amount so most of our renters prefer to pay by Direct Deposit.

PUERTA AZUL CONDO

We arrived late and were treated to a wonderful welcome gift basket. The condo is beautifully furnished and practical. We stayed for 10 days so we cooked some of our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as an outdoor gas grill. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets for those cooler nights.
We had a private Jacuzzi but we ended up just using the one for the association because we wanted to jump in the pool and then warm up in the Jacuzzi. We had a great time playing table tennis and pool. We also were able to get reservations at the local golf course and enjoyed a few rounds.
The local restaurants were plentiful and I don't think we had a bad meal (Pueblo Viejo Grill $$$, El Ranchito $$, Roy's-$$$$). We ended up at Agua Caliente (casino in Rancho Mirage) for New Years and had a great time ringing in the new year.
The only downside was that the property is located on the outskirts of La Quinta. We had a car so we could drive but the distance was a bit inconvenient. On the upside of that though we were close to some really nice hiking trails.
