Located in the most-sought-after Poconos resort area, this beautiful and spacious contemporary home has been decorated top to bottom. With 2500 square feet of living and entertaining space there is room for everybody.

The kids can play in the upstairs family room while the adults entertain themselves in the loft complete with a wet bar, 42' flat screen and a deck with views of Big Boulder Mountain or in the comfortable living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace viewing a new 46' TV.

When it is time to relax you will love the indoor jacuzzi room on the second floor; or for those who like wooded views, the eight-person hot tub in the enclosed sun porch on the first floor is for you.

Everyone will enjoy playing pool or sitting in the hot tub or having lunch out on the first floor rear deck.

This house is perfect for families; there are 3 bedrooms 1 king and 2 queen size beds plus a bedroom with 2 bunkbeds for the kids. There is great space to spread out and for everyone to be comfortable.

Only five minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resorts. Walking distance to the beach and lake and moments to the hottest restaurants and nightclubs in the area. This is truly a fabulous place to vacation. Once you visit our home you will not want to leave!

Fabulous Weekend in the Poconos

Just spent the weekend at this property and we had a great time. Wildlife (deer and turkey) in the back and front yards everyday. The location is great - close to restaurants, stores, ice cream stand, water park, etc. Nice area for walking with the grandkids - not much traffic. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We recently stayed at this home and had a great time. The kids really loved the hot tub, pool table and loft area with the big screen TV. The kitchen appliances appear to be brand new and made cooking for our group much easier and enjoyable. The house was very clean and comfortable. Big Boulder was only a 5 minute drive and having the convenience of the garage to keep ski's, boots ect was great. We plan on going back this summer, hopefully for a week.
