Why James Ulmer chose Mar Vista
Great value for the price, very convenient to the cafes, beaches, cinemas and shopping of the wonderful West side. A great location in what is already a world-class 'destination location.' Lovely backyard and charming front porch -- and lots of fountains and flowers that are a hit with the hummingbirds.
What makes this house unique
