.The main advantage of this apartment house is that it is a ground floor with garden, very quiet, spacious and comfortable for 2 people is located in the town of Es Castell in the same village, 50 m from the beautiful Cales Fonts where there is a very discreet and elegant atmosphere with a variety of restaurants and shops, charming both day and night. Another great advantage is for the day to day is not necessary to use car for daily shopping, super this 20 m, 10 m fishing and the Centre of the village to 150 m. The stop of the bus is 200 m from the House and can visit towns and beaches of Menorca. 300 m there is a beautiful Cove to swim and sunbathe. House apartment is ideal for a quiet holiday

An excellent apartment

We are a retired couple who have enjoyed several holidays in Menorca over the last ten or twelve years. This was our first stay at this apartment: we were there for the first two weeks of September 2014.

We speak no Spanish, but we found the owners to be very helpful and responsive when we made a last-minute booking. We were very impressed with the amount of local information they provided.

The apartment is excellent: very comfortable, well-equipped and very easy to keep clean and tidy.

The owners' local representative was punctual in meeting us and very welcoming and helpful.

No problems arose during our stay and we would highly recommend this apartment.

(We've found problem in earlier attempts to submit this review: the review showed one star: our judgement is five stars and we hope this is what appears with this submission!)

Well equipped, well positioned and comfortable apartment. Enjoyed our stay in Es Castell, which remains a real Spanish town. Pretty walks and rides all around. Perfect quiet getaway location.

Estancia maravillosa

Después de una gran semana en Menorca, una de las piezas fundamentales para que hubiésemos estado todos los días en plenas condiciones, con bienestar y conociendo esta isla y sus calas ha sido este apartamento. Sus prestaciones, su limpieza, sus condicionamentos y sus electrodomésticos de última generación hacen del confort una vida más cómoda, sin descontar por supuesto un dormitorio matrimonial bien amplio, cómodo e íntimo.

La verdad que la orientación que tiene y el amplio patio a pie de salón hace de este apartamento una vivienda para pasar unas vacaciones en un ámbito de reposo y acogida mucho más amplio que lo que su superficie indica. El patio es inmenso, la cocina, salón y comedor están muy bien comunicados; el dormitorio y el baño están al paso de una puerta que aisla el descanso con la actividad de éste, condicionando primero el bienestar y eso es felicidad para las vacaciones.

Volveremos en breve.

Buona ubicazione, appartamento confortevole

Ottima posizione, vicino al porto. Appartamento confortevole. Il garage per l'auto è stato veramente utile. Inoltre nelle vicinanze si trovano tutti i negozi di prima necessità (supermarket, panettiere, giornalaio...). Molto gentili i propietari che ci hanno inviato in anticipo materiale utile per la vacanza (orari autobus, posizione dei negozi, consigli sulle spiagge, orari musei, etc)

Maravillosa estancia en Es Castell

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado a 2 minutos caminando de la Bahía de Es Castell.

Cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando y nos facilitaron el acceso. El apartamento todo en muy buen estado y semi nuevo, incluso llegamos a estrenar nuevas sillas para el salón que habían llegado esa misma mañana.

TV plasma en comedor y habitación, máquina de AC en comedor y habitación, cocina en perfecto estado, todos los utensilios. Ni punto de comparación con un hotel ni con otros apartamentos.

Y lo mejor, plaza de aparcamiento particular en el mismo bloque, genial!

En todo momento el trato con los propietarios un trato serio y atento, facilitando documentos turísticos y de interés sobre la isla de Menorca.

En resumen, sin lugar a dudas volvería y también lo recomendaría.
