Cortina Court a short walk to the night-life and restaurants of the Village at Mammoth, but with privacy and quiet streets. Available for 6 month ski season rental with a 31 day minimum(!).
Cortina Court is a 3 story, post and beam cabin featuring a beautiful great room, 3 bedrooms, a basement-game room and 2.5 baths. At approximately 2800 square feet (260m2) it is a real cabin, not a condo. Designed for Mammoth's big snow conditions and warm summers, it features a two car garage and large decks.
The downstairs game room and the Great Room both have additional beds.
Absolute Maximum Occupancy is 10 people.
Our company, Cortina Court Holdings LLC owns this cabin. It was built by our family in 1982 and is our family cabin. We operate this facility through a very local manager and also have a property on Schweitzer Mountain in the beautiful Idaho Panhandle. Originally from La Canada in So-Cal, Cortina Court is our home away from home.

We hiked in behind the bulldozers in 1969 and selected Lot #3 to be our home site. With a view that cannot be blocked down Megeve Road, our windows always see high Sierra beauty.
At approximately 2800 square feet (260m2), our cabin is big enough for privacy and intimacy, not the classic Mammoth condo footrest.
One quarter mile from The Village, yet separated and quiet, serenity abounds at Cortina Court. To live here is to experience the best of Mammoth. For those skiers bound for the main base lodge, you may chose the bus route (last pick-up before the main lodge, or the Village gondola to Canyon Base Lodge. These are 5 to 7 minute walks.
Our local manager lives right next door and our furnaces are Internet controllable so you can dial them up before you get on the road.
So, three roommates and I got lucky enough to stay here for the full 13/14 snow season, and what a time it was. The house was cozy and welcoming, and definitely made all of our friends envious. It was easy to call this place home, with all the furniture you could need already provided, a comfortable living room with a warm fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen and dining room to make great meals for yourself and your closest friends even more enjoyable. Getting to and from the lodges, and the town's best nightlife, was easy with a short seven minute walk between the house and the Village. But even being in close proximity to the entertainment hub of Mammoth Lakes, the house is in a quiet, clean, and safe area of the town, nestled up to a hike-able ridgeline in a small cul-de-sac. This awesome home was the center of, easily, one of the best times of my life. And the few times we needed assistance with something, the owner was incredibly easy to work with. Stay here! My three roommates and I had an unbelievable season renting from the owners. The cabin is spacious, inviting, has all the amenities you could ask for. A fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils and gadgets, beautiful fireplaces, and the most unique element: each bedroom had its own individual vanity sink and mirror in addition to shared bathrooms. The house was built back in the 60-70s but the condition is excellent.
Another plus - you back up to the woods, so you feel like you truly have privacy and are tucked away in the forest.
The property was clean and had plenty of blankets!
The homeowner was extremely helpful and available when I had questions about the house.
Another plus: Walking distance to The Village. I felt spoiled all season having the ability to take a 7 minute stroll to The Village or bus stop if I was going up to Main Lodge.
All in all, an amazing experience and I highly recommend staying here!
I stayed here with 3 other roommates during the 13/14 season and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to call home for the season! This house is in a great location- walking distance to the village, fully furnished and everything is in great condition. If we ever had any issues, our landlord Chip was always on it and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!
Mammoth Lakes is the all season resort in the Eastern Sierras east of San Francisco. Skiing on Mammoth Mountain or around the Mammoth Lakes in winter. Bands and events all summer, great restaurants and very active night life and apes-ski activities.
The incredibly wonderful thing about Cortina Court is the proximity to all of these things, but the complete separation and solitude provided by it's location Mammoth's most exclusive district, Mammoth Knolls.

31 Day Rates include these utilities: propane, electricity, water, snow removal from driveway, internet, basic cable, & trash drop-off in town. 31 Day MINIMUM for all bookings!
Per written contract by Owner. 31 day rates are paid at booking and may be paid by credit card. Season Rental rate is by monthly cash transfer, and payment and guarantee of utilities in accordance with contract. Maximum persons for Season Rate is 4 individuals (6 if 3 married couples). 31 Day rate is MAXIMUM 10 People.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
