Very nice condo, accommodating owner, good price.

This condo was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed (very nice living room furniture) with a fantastic view and just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning and watching the variety of birds and we saw a few whales spouting in the far distance. The condo kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom shower had good pressure. There was only one beach chair so we had to buy another one and an ice chest which we left for the next tenants. The property felt safe, the grounds are well kept, and it is very convenient to walk to restaurants, resort bars, and grocery stores. The beach is scenic but not swimmable. There is a couple mile long, paved walking trail a short distance from the resort. Kapaa is a good location for driving to other parts of the island and has a good selection of restaurants. The owner is very accommodating and nice to work with. We enjoyed our stay despite record breaking rains but ended the trip with sun.
