About this property

The beach, 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street and the world famous Naples Pier are the most popular attractions in Olde Naples.

Our condo is at the epicenter of all of those features.

Once you find your way to the Fifth Avenue Beach Club, you do not even need a car.

The condo is located right on 5th Avenue South and only 1-1/2 blocks from the beach.

The sunsets are without parallel.

Easy walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants on both 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street as well as the pier (where you can see dolphins swimming idly by while fishermen cast their lines from several stories above the water’s surface).

Also close by are Cambier Park, the von Liebig Art Center and the Collier County Public Library (which extends borrowing privileges for books, videos and CDs to visitors for a small fee).

Wynn’s is a grocery store that you will not want to miss (and they deliver!).

Our condo is fully-equipped and has been revamped since we purchased and is regularly refreshed with new bedding, beach towels and decorative touches.

It is bright and airy with too many extras to list!

Free nationwide calling (US and Canada), wireless Internet access and Netflix are included.

We are confident that you will enjoy our little place in the sun every bit as much as its location.

We have rented many great properties thru VRBO and have strived to “borrow” the very best features from those sites for our Naples and Hawaii condos.

We like to be pampered and hope that you will feel that way after your visit.

Holiday in Naples

We had a fabulous stay at 5th avenue beach apartments. The apartment was very clean and well managed. 2 minutes walk to Naples beach and right on 5th avenue. We enjoyed the restaurants on 3rd street and 5th avenue and chilling on the patio area in the evening. The pool wasnt available during our stay but it didn't spoil our holiday at all. Thanks John and Shelley for a lovely holiday

Excellent Host

You only find out how good a host is when you encounter issues. The issues encountered were down to issues following Hurricane Ian not to do with John. We have stayed at this property previously and never had any issues. John was excellent with communication and we all did everything possible to resolve the situation. But circumstances defeated us. I can not recommend John enough you only find out how good a host is when you encounter issues. John could jot have been any better.

Condo review

We found the condo small, but due to its great location to the beach and the shops on 5th Avenue, we didn’t spend a lot of time in it. It appears that the owner spends time in the unit, because we found it filled with a better grade of “stuff” than you normally find in a vacation rental. The closets were filled with paper products, and other stuff, so you should not need to purchase anything. There are a few things we do need to point out: • There are nine parking spaces for 14 units. If you return to the unit in the evening, there is a chance all the parking spaces will be filled. While there are convent free parking spots nearby, you need to know where they are before you go hunting for them at night. • There is supposed to be a key to the condo’s washing machine and dryer. It was missing when we arrived, and we never received it during our stay. The self-serve laundromats nearby, while clean, were very pricy. • In addition to the pool in the center of the condo association, the is a nice patio in front of the building next to 5th Avenue. We enjoyed using it but were bothered by people not staying in the condo using its tables to have a meal and others coming in to ask where the public restrooms were. There was no sign in front saying this was a private area or a wastebasket for them to dispose of their waste products after eating. These are minor issues that you should be aware of, the location is outstanding, which should be the reason you are leasing it.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed in Naples for the first time in 2012 and fell in love with Southwest Florida (particularly, Olde Naples). When we found this place right on 5th Avenue South, within easy walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants on both 5th Avenue South and Third Street and less than a 2 minute walk from the beach we knew that we ***had*** to have it. We bought it sight unseen and closed within 3 weeks of finding the listing

What makes this property unique

We walked by FABC many times during our 2012 vacation while on our way to the beach. We thought that it was a private club (it has that look) but is very inviting and comfortable
