Manhatten, The Lower East Side.Our large 3 bedroom is on the 6th floor in an elevator building built in a 1966 twenty one story apartment complex near Houston St and Avenue C and the Williamsburg Bridge. It has 1 & half bathrooms with 2 toilets and thick walls.Full laundry room with 15 machines in basement. A card will be provided that operates these machines.
All rooms have full closet space and drawers plus all guests will have their own space in the medicine cabinets.There is a large queen sofa bed in living room for those guests with 7 members.We work out of town often so you would contact Sumer if you needed something urgent......FOR THOSE NOT INTERESTED IN BOOKING THE WHOLE PLACE,THE OTHER 2 ROOMS CAN BE RENTED SEPERATELY IN A SHARED SITUATION.
5 nights minimum. the Living/dining room and the kitchen is at your disposal any time, day or night.The other rooms are the CornerQueen sleeps 2 DoubleRoom for 2 and the Office Dayroomwith single bed for one . The whole apartment is $ 199 a night but a multi week and monthly rate is available on request.

The CornerQueen being the room furthest from our router, and the walls being so thick, we cannot guarantee WiFi video streaming inside this room all the time despite a 2000 mhz emitter.regular non video surfing no problem....and of course you can use your device in the common spaces anytime.
Raised in this apartment, Luca is a master printmakerby training but also renovates old homes and lofts and function as his family's Paralegal. We are Franco-Brazilien New Yorkers . Sumer was raised in North Carolina and speaks but rarely reads Spanish and has returned to Columbia Univ. for a degree in Administration Technology.

This is a Co-Op apartment which means the tenants are shareholders of the building and pool their equity and pay one maintenance payment instead of seperate electric, gas, phone, heat and water bills. We are thus in a rent stabilized complex.
We are in the middle of one of the biggest, noisiest, cultivated , artistic, culinary cities in the world.Need we say more!
My family and I stayed in this apartment for a whole week and we loved it. Summer is a very helpful very nice person that is willing to help with anything. The 3 bedrooms are nice and roomie and the location of the place is great if you want to go to both Manhattan and Brooklyn. When I go back to NY city I will see if this place is available.
Beautiful appartment and excellent location. The three bedrooms and extra bathroom are ideal when travelling with kids/group of friends. Owners very friendly and well organised. We will definitely go back there when returning to NY.
Sumer and Luca made our stay in NYC awesome! The apartment is just as described, and the pictures are spot on. It is clean and comfortable. Location made it easy to get around. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We would love to stay again.

Very comfortable. Super furnished. Safe Zone. We live almost a month in the department of Luca and some days with her friend Sammer a fun girl, who gave us a lot to know and tips to make the most of our trip. The payment terms and refund of deposit was rewarding and in constant communication with Luca before our arrival and during stay. Experience Excellent. 100% Recommended ....
5 blocks near DeLancey St/ Essex St. subway with the F, J and M train lines.....,Several bus lines run north and south of complex. 15 to 30 minutes on foot to East Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo,Broadway ,Wall St, World Trade Center Freedom Plaza.Live music and a large choice of restaurants.Lower East Side nightlife all week. We have too many favorites to site just one in each category plus the turnover for new clubs and restaurants is high due to exorbitant rents however 2 holdovers from decades past remain : Katz Delicatessen ( 205 E. Houston St.) and Remedy Diner at the corner of Houston and Norfolk St.
