This stunning Victorian townhouse is set in a quiet street in Putney/Wandsworth (Inner London - Zone 2), a 3-5 minutes walk from the river Thames, and just 14 minutes into Central London. Within a 2 min walk are direct buses to all parts of London. The house contains 3 chic, private self-contained apartments (Studio, 1-bedroom and 3-bed/2bathroom) each furnished stylishly with comfortable sofas and interesting objets d'art . The house is near the river, a huge park, transport, pubs, restaurants and food shops. The rental price includes Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, central heating, electricity, Sky HDTV (with a full subscription to news, entertainment, sports and free movies ‘On Demand’), water, high speed Unlimited Wifi, free local & international calls (many destinations) and tax. Also provided is tea, coffee, sugar and milk as well as initial supplies of toilet paper, kitchen roll, and clotheswashing & dishwashing liquid/tabs, olive oil, spices, and salt & pepper. Home Away credit card and fraud protection charges of 1.4-2.4% will be deducted from the security deposit.

We planned a week in London and were looking for a condo fairly central (within zone 2 on the tubemap) but not in a to busy area/street and with easy access due to a pram we needed to bring for the youngest. We had a list of other amenieties we wanted to be in place as well, such as wi-fi, dishwasher and washer etc - and this condo met every need, and more.
First of all, the correspondence with angela should be gold standard to every owner of condos for rent. The information beforehand and in place in the flat met every question we had, and others were quickly answeared.
The flat iself was much better than we hoped for. The kids loved it, running in the corridor and bedrooms, they enjoyed wathing the telly, bathing. We made our meals easly and everything worked perfectly. The suggestions we had regarding travelling with small children (for example a high chair for det smallest children) was seriuosly considered.
The communications was easy accesed, bus, tube, train and cab. We planned the next day using the free wi-fi, excellent! We found two great playgrounds nearby for the children and could provide the groceries we needed close by.
We can highly recommend both the owner and the flat to other families travelling with to small children (ours aged 2 and 5). We have already booked another week.
Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis chez Angela. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants (7 à 11 ans) et l'appartement était parfait. C'était un vrai plaisir de poser dans le salon après une grosse journée de visite dans le centre de Londres. Nous avons fait le choix de rejoindre le centre en bus mais la station East putney était également proche (10-13min à pieds). Les commerces à proximité étaient aussi très appréciés. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous rendre dans les pubs alentours, la prochaine fois peut-être. Angela était très disponible par email et les informations transmises étaient précises et très utiles pour préparer notre séjour. Un petit mot et une bouteille très appréciée de bienvenue nous attendaient à not arrivée.
Bref, une adresse à retenir sans hésitation.
We were a family of 7 and this flat was perfect for our trip around London. It was clean, true to the photos, and the whole booking process was a breeze. Angela made it so easy and she was so flexible and patient...even when our flights changed and we needed to stay in the house past checkout. It was a very convenient location to catch the bus or train into the city. The grocery stores and restaurants were all easy to get to with Angela's directions she left. I would absolutely recommend this and book this again myself when visiting.
We loved our stay here, it was warm, had enough room for 6 of us to stay and was perfectly located in so far as we had access to lots of different options regarding shopping and public transport. The customer service offered by Angela was great, responding to all my queries in good time. The apartment was clean and had really good little extras like back up tea for that first night, herbs and condiments. These small things make a big difference when you are travelling. I had hoped for a larger eating area which is the only down side but we managed just fine so don't let that dissuade you from this gem.
Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale per una settimana. É in una zona molto tranquilla. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza, l'unico neo è il lavandino in bagno che è veramente.minuscolo. La proprietaria di casa è molto gentile e disponibile!! Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno in questo appartamento!
I arrived November 24, 2014 , we were in pairs. We stayed for 7 nights . It 's been so perfect. The house reflected exactly the description of the owner. All is well in order and clean . The owner is a very kind and gave us a big hand on arrival also advising what to visit . The room is well heated and is equipped with everything that can serve. At 15 meters from the house there is a stop of the bus that will take you to the nearest metro station . ( We we took the metro to Putney Brige ) and in 7-8 minutes we were in the center . London is beautiful , we will definitely return in the future and will choose again this house . The advice for a couple or two people .

The flat is located in zone 2 Inner London, just 12-14 minutes by train to central London (Waterloo), 10 minute bus ride from Wimbledon, and 15-20 minutes by bus/train to Victoria. District Line tube is 10m away. A few minutes' walk away is the river Thames, a tree-lined riverside park, excellent riverside restaurants, and several pubs, while the lively Old York Road restaurant and cafe district is a 7 minute walk away. Waterloo is the home of Southbank, a picturesque riverside restaurant and shopping district, the London Eye, and Imax. A short walk will take you to Westminster Bridge, over the Thames to see the famous Big Ben and Houses of Parliament, then further up to Buckingham Palace and Park Lane. Over the footway is The Strand, Trafalgar Square, Soho, Picadilly and Covent Garden. Further to the right is the Modern Tate, and you can cross the famous Millennium Bridge to reach St Paul's Cathedral in London. By tube, you can reach the same destinations in minutes, as well as London Bridge, the Tower of London, and Oxford Circus.
