This beautiful contemporary luxury villa is set in wonderful mature gardens with private pool. The villa is located on an exclusive 18 villa complex with sea and mountain views and is one of the best seafront locations in Northern Cyprus.

The villa is furnished to an excellent standard. The bedrooms and lounge all have air-conditioning. The lounge and dining area is open plan and has a 40' TV with Sat Tv and DVD player, iPod docking station/radio. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the kitchen comes completely fully equipped.

Outside is your own 8x4m private pool with mature gardens. Luxury rattan dining set, sofa and chairs with parasol. Sun loungers and BBQ for all your alfresco needs.

Our villa will provide you with all your relaxing and stress free needs.

The area offers restaurants, supermarkets and local shops. Golfing, beach and scuba diving a short distance away. Kyrenia town with an abundance of shops and wonderful harbour is just a 25 minute drive away.

This contemporary furnished luxury villa with a private pool and WIFI is in one of the best seafront locations in Northern Cyprus. The villa is furnished to an excellent standard, specifically designed with a family or 2 families in mind, (bedroom 3 has a single bed with pull out bed and bunk beds.)
