In the picturesque village of Lauenen (6km from Gstaad) this luxury spacious 4 bedroom attic apartment (180m2) is situated on the edge of the 'Rohr' nature reserve, yet it has both a small ski lift and the well-known ski de fond piste literally at its doorstep-a great summer or winter holiday destination. It occupies the entire top floor of the chalet. The living room, the master bedroom and south facing large balcony enjoy stunning views over the Wildhorn Mountain range and its glacier. Other rooms feature open views over the valley towards the pretty church of Lauenen and Gstaad beyond. The beautifully decorated living room comprises a comfortable seating area with fireplace, separate TV area and a large dining area seating 8 to 10 people. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, small study, kitchen, utility room. Within walking distance to local hotels and restaurants and the famous lake. Garage for 2 cars. Ski room. Parking outside.

  • Deposit of 50% required at the time of booking. Security deposit of Chf 2000 required ( it will be reimbursed immediately if there are no damages at the end of the stay). Full payment is due 60 days before the arrival. A final cleaning and laundry charge of Chf 350. ( Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.)

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views

This large and elegantly furnished apartment is conveniently located in a small village with the ski piste right next to it.
We were a party of a different skiing abilities and some of us utilised a smaller and easier piste which is next to the chalet and more able skiers would head to the cable car near the village to ski on a higher and larger piste on the near by glacier
The village of Lauenen is not far from Gstaad and we enjoyed going there for our evening outing to sample the atmosphere of this exclusive resort.
