Tampa Bungalow Rental Photos and Description
3 bedroom, 2 bath home in quiet neighborhood yet close to everything!
Thank you for inquiring about our vacation home, 'The Coral Cottage'. This 1930 home has just finished a high end renovation with a Southern Coastal décor. It features a new kitchen with espresso cabinets and of course all of the utensils and cookery you could need to whip up a fabulous meal. The living room and dining room offer 12 foot ceilings and wood flooring with a driftwood look. The master bedroom features a private en suite bath with white Carrera marble floors and large walk in shower. From your master bedroom you can step out onto a spacious deck over looking your lush and private yard. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a super comfy memory foam mattress, the 2nd bedroom has a pillow top queen bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper too. There is an inside laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Only about 5 to 10 minutes by car to downtown Tampa, Tampa General Hospital and St. Joe's Hospital, Raymond James Stadium, and more. Our beautiful Gulf Beaches are about 30 minutes away. Maximum sleeping capacity is 6 people. Riverside Heights got its start in the 1920's and enjoyed a post World War II building boom. It is tucked along the eastern border of the Hillsborough River where homes on the water sell for upwards of over a $1,000,000. We live here and we love it and we're sure you'll love it too!

Guestbook comments from the owner
Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Leslie's place! Everything was very clean and modern. Felt safe in the neighborhood. She and her husband were very accomodating, even offering suggestions of places to go for food, groceries, etc. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I own this property and 4 other properties in the neighborhood. We love this urban Tampa community and being so close to great restaurants and shopping. I am a Realtor with Keller Williams South Tampa and my husband is an artist/photographer.
My husband owned this property before we met and married. It sat empty for a long time and then we decided to renovate it.
We love this home because of it's quiet charm, and the lush yard with it's thick canopy of trees, and the great neighborhood feel of this community
