This cabin in Snoqualmie Pass is perfect for a family or couple getaway in the summer, fall, spring, or winter. Great hiking surround in the summer and amazing downhill skiing on four different ski hills nearby, not to mention the cross country and snow shoeing trails besides. Down the road is also a great tubing hill and tubing park. A short drive will bring you to Suncadia golf resort.
This cabin is very clean with updated furnishings throughout. Amenities include a sauna on the main floor. The 3 bedroom cabin holds up to 9 comfortably. Upstairs there is the master bedroom, jacuzzi bathtub and bathroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds (room for 4) and a single bed. There is a play-n-pack for the little one if needed as well. On the main floor there is a living room and dining room with fireplace and open kitchen with granite counters along with a wine fridge. There is a huge bathroom with a sauna and slate shower with a double head. There is also another bedroom here with french doors that lead out to the hot tub on the back deck. There is a front deck as well that is great to take in the views of the surrounding mountains. On the bottom floor there is a mudroom to keep all your hiking, fishing, or ski gear and also a media room to chill and cozy up for a nice movie. There is a one car garage. The cabin is fully furnished with all you will need to enjoy a pleasant vacation in the mountains.
We are a family of four who reside full time in Kirkland, Washington. We both keep very busy working in the Seattle area and raising our two young children.
Joy Brooke purchased this cabin in 2008
The cabin is a great getaway for our family. Although, we enjoy our home in Kirkland, we also enjoy the great outdoors, hiking, and skiing. It is a great place to go to relax and rejuvenate. It is also super close to all the ski-lifts on the mountains.
This cabin is very nice inside. It is made for anyone, any couple, any family or families who just want to getaway and enjoy the quiet of the great outdoors. Snoqualmie Pass has some great skiing and only 45- 55 minutes from Seattle. The ski lessons for children are the best around.
My husband and I chose this cozy cabin to stay in for two nights with some of our family and friends for our son's wedding weekend. The location was wonderful and the cabin was lovely! Our host was prompt at attending to our needs and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! If ever we were to stay at the summit again I would not hesitate to contact this location~
Last January, our family stayed at the Cozy Cabin and found it to be very comfortable, well stocked with kitchen items, and plenty of room for a large family gathering. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping arrangements, and having a mud room for wet skies etc was very handy. We would definitely spend time again. Hopefully, the skiing will be better next time. It was an odd year for snow. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home.
Snoqualmie Pass is a beautiful area in any season. There is great hiking and great skiing all around depending on the season.
Our favorite places to visit around the cabin are Snoqualmie Falls, the town of Snoqualmie (great restaurant- The Woodman's Lodge), North Bend (Home of Twin Peaks), Roslyn (little coal mining town), and Suncadia Resort. North Bend has outlet malls for shopping, great hikes on Mt. Si, and many festivals in the summer. Roslyn is a sweet old mining company that has a few great little places like the Roslyn Café that is famous for the show Twin Peaks. Suncadia Resort has a great lodge, two great parks for kids, biking trails in the summer, cross country and tubing park in the winter, and a wonderful winery with great food. Of course in the winter you are just minutes away from the four ski lifts Summit East (Hyak), Summit Central, Summit West, and Alpental. These all have lodges and offer downhill skiing, cross-country, and snowshoe trails. A few minutes away across from Central Summit there is also a huge tubing park. If you want to got for a sledding adventure there is a huge sledding hill down the way from us as well and we have sleds in the garage you are free to use. Right by the sledding hill there is a great cross-country trail. One of our all time favorite spots in any season whether it is a snowshoe adventure or a nice hike is Gold Creek Pond. That is just minutes away as well. There are great views of the Cascade Mountain Range and a perfect loop.
