Spectacular Gulf And Beach Views From Three Balconies
Park your flip flops and beach gear in the welcoming foyer, venture upstairs and slip into some comfortable furniture while drenching in exclusive resort like decor punctuated by cheerful coastal colors. Two bedrooms and two baths, located on separate floors, afford a sense of quiet privacy for sharing the house with children or guests. Beautiful Brazilian Cherry wood floors in the living areas and bedrooms are complemented by ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathroom and foyer.
High end kitchen appliances will make it a breeze to prepare a simple snack or a gourmet meal in style. This brand new kitchen is fully outfitted with glassware, dishes, cooking vessels and creative kitchen tools.
The first floor bedroom is large and cheerful with a walk in closet, a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and adjacent bathroom. The incredible master suite, sporting a king size bed with pillow top mattress, is on the top floor of the house and features bay to gulf views from two balconies. Down the hallway, find a commodious dressing room/master closet on your way to a well appointed Master Bath featuring dual sinks, tub and massive tiled cylindrical shower. Enjoy the sunset from the Master Bedroom balcony while sipping your favorite cold drink ensconced in tall Island Time tropical chairs offering a spectacular, unimpeded view. Late at night, revel in the silence and privacy afforded by the insulated glass windows or open up the doorwall and listen to the gently lapping waves.
The foyer is designed to be your one stop beach access point: Beach towels, totes, sunscreen and beach chairs are situated so that you can keep all of your beach essentials within easy reach on your way out the door to the beach. Your car is easily accessible from the rear of the foyer nestled in a one car garage with automatic door opener.
It’s difficult to imagine a better home to stay in while enjoying all that the area has to offer and will make your stay one to remember.
THE FLIP FLOP LIFE
Nicknamed the “Flip Flop Beach House”; you can exist quite nicely in this wonderful historic beach community with only flip flops and shorts. Park your flip flops on any one of 3 spacious balconies or front patio area and enjoy an unequalled panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Come to the Flip Flop Beach house to while away your time relaxing and enjoying life in the slow lane of the Pass-a-Grille National Historic District. Paddle boarding, shelling, beach walking, basketball courts, tennis courts, bike riding, dining, shopping, fishing, shuttle to Shell Key, and much more are all within comfortable flip flop range. On weekends, catch the Island Troubadour style music and art fair action on the beachfront patio directly across the street (weather permitting). Paradise Grille shares the patio and features good beach food and provides a great spot from which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with like minded sun worshippers. Flip flop a few more feet directly onto Pass-a-Grille Beach! Named one of the top beaches in the USA, The Beach received a 2013 Travelers Choice Award. Or, flip flop 100 steps over from your front door to the famous “Hurricane” restaurant for fine food and soothing libations.
Looking for a day trip? Flip flop onto the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) bus and explore all of the Gulf Beaches. Take 20 or so flip flop steps from your front door to the Trolley stop and go all the way to Clearwater with access to hundreds of shops and restaurants along this route.
Use your Flip Flop abode as a convenient home base for a “Tour de Florida”. You’re just 2 hours to Orlando, a little over 4 hours to Miami, and 40 minutes to Tampa International Airport. In a mere 10 minutes, you can access I 275 via Pinellas Bayway at the North end of Pass a Grille.
When you tire of all your flip flopping, settle down into a comfy chair and enjoy a Blu-ray disc or Brighthouse Cable selection on the 42” LCD TV. Or curl up on the couch with your favorite laptop or tablet and wirelessly surf the web. Just before you retire for the evening, catch the late show on HDTV in the Master Bedroom.

Why Marty chose St Pete Beach
We have a lengthy relationship with the St. Pete/Pass-a-Grille area. After renting numerous vacation residences ourselves we dreamed of purchasing our own home.
What makes this house unique
This is truly a unique home in a unique location. We love the nearby Hurricane restaurant, but the view from our balconies is just as good!
