Comfortably sleeps 10 in 5 beds (2 masters each with own en-suite), 4 bath

Our home is a beautiful place to relax with its own pool and spa. Ideal for two families or taking grandparents along(no stairs to climb) or for a family who just like space! Built in a conservation area, our home backs on to unspoilt natural land.

Whether you are travelling with another family or with relatives, you have the choice of 2 master bedrooms each with king size beds and en-suite and a further 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and two with twin beds. Our home is centrally air-conditioned and can be heated in winter if needed. Likewise the pool and spa can be heated (not necessary in the summer months).

Addtional facilities: There are a range of additional options to enhance your stay. Including:

About Craig or Rosemary Galloway

I am a management consultant specialising in IT commercial contracts.

I bought the home primarily as an escape from the UK weather from time to time. With three growing boys that will soon leave home, I hope the attraction of a home in the sun will entice them to spend more time with my wife and I. The boys love it over there and the thought of perpetual 'free' holidays will hopefully keep them coming back year after year.

The flow of the home is such that I don't lose the kids to various recesses of the property and I get to be more of a family. Whether we are having a table tennis tournament in the games room, relaxing in the pool or wathcing TV, the home encourages us to be together for once. However, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, we can still have our personal space. My wife, when she is preparing meals, is included since the kitchen is an open plan area next to the lounge.

What makes this villa unique

For me, lying in the heated pool for 3 hours on New Year's day, with a continual supply of cold beers (in my plastic thermos glass of course) was one of the most relaxing way's I have ever found to see in the New Year

Our home is in a great spot on a beautiful modern gated development called Cypress Pointe, in the sought after Champions Gate area.

It is ideally located for families wanting to enjoy the Disney parks, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Typhoon Lagoon or for groups of golfers wanting to take advantage of the many championship courses in the area. Golfers should look at the Champions Gate golf resort which has 2 Greg Norman designed championship courses. There are 6 other courses within 30 mins drive. We also recommend that you try to get to the beach - the Atlantic coast is great for surfers and the Gulf coast offers an idyllic white sand coastline

The house is finished to a luxury standard, with TV's in all rooms, 2 Master Suites each with king sized beds, 1 queen sized and 2 twins, a pool/spa area with large sun deck screened by woodland, and well equipped games room with Pool, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Foos (Table) Football.

Golf: Reunion Golf Resort at Champions Gate only 1.8miles away.The courses are Greg Norman designed with one being championship standard. There are wide selection of other courses (including the Disney resort courses). Those close by include:

Providence - 3.2 miles ,

Ridgewood Lakes - 5 miles ,

Highliand Reserve - 7 miles ,

Celebration - 5 miles ,

Mystic Dunes - 5 miles ,

    * Much of the time, you won't need pool heat - however, if you wish to book pool heat, please ask for rates for your duration of stay.
  • Please note that booking of 5 days or less will incur a clean fee of $125 (approx £85 or €100)

    Bookings under a week attracts a pro-rata rate.

    'Big Apple' weekend breaks available from Friday - Monday, Jan - MAr or Oct - Dec at $700 including pool heat. A credit/debit card, email and preferrably a scanner is all that is needed for last minute bookings.

Notes: In addition to the 2046sq ft of indoor living space is a games room of 449sq ft containing a fantastic pool table, table tennis table, air hockey and foosball (table football) to amuse you. The 5 bedrooms get basic cable with 80 channels or so whilst the main room has the HD package with 200 or so channels on a 55 inch LCD HDTV. {For soccer fans, FXSC (Ch1159) shows live premiership matches in HD} Wireless broadband internet is available for those with laptops and you can make calls anywhere in the USA. All the above features are included in the rental. Pay per view TV is available. The pool and spa is heated (extra charge) but this is not normally needed in the summer months. BBQ can be provided (subject to an additional cleaning charge) - ask for details A safe is provided and the house front door code is changed with the change of vacationers for additional security. The management company is located a mere mile away to assist you during your stay

Very nice villa

We spent 10 days in this very nice villa which is maintained at a very high standard and very well managed by the owner and local agent. It is an easy drive from the airport and on the way you can stop at the local supermarket to stock up with all you need for your stay. It is spacious, with a lovely pool area as well as games room and all the amenities you could ever need to make your stay comfortable and straight forward. The owner sends you a DVD before your holiday as well as plenty of information about the villa and general vicinity so you know exactly what to expect and this is so helpful. We would recommend a stay at this villa whether you are a seasoned Orlando visitor or a beginner. If you don't like it you are doing something wrong!

Just wanted to thank you for the use of your villa. We had a fantastic holiday and the fact that we had such a beautiful villa made it perfect. The way you have furnished it to such a high standard, together with the personal touches made it such a pleasure to stay in. It was a lovely surprise to find it so close to the Disney parks, I was expecting it to be in Kissimmee. Also, I appreciated your informative emails and DVD in the run up to the holiday.

We will all definately recommend your villa to friends that are thinking of visiting Orlando. We are now saving for our next visit.
