Downtown Palm Springs boasts of excellent restaurants, boutique shopping, a casino and a growing art museum. The museum’s well established art collection is expanding to include a new mid-century architecture museum. The new addition recognizes Palm Springs well preserved collection of midcentury architecture, the largest in the country.
Guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal 'home base' for daytrip excursions to southern California. Enjoy desert hiking and biking in nearby Joshua Tree National Park monument and theme parks within a two-hour drive including Disneyland (Anaheim) and Sea World (San Diego), as well as a Knotts Waterpark in Palm Springs.
Our recently updated condo is situated within a well-manicured, gated community. One large heated swimming pool, spa and two tennis courts are close, but far enough away to ensure privacy and quiet. This end unit condo (1,232 sq. ft.) offers a spacious retreat in this 42-unit community.

The rooms are artfully appointed with comfort and style at every turn. The open and spacious layout provides an ideal environment for easy entertaining or relaxing with family and friends.
The living room, with taupe palette on sectional and chairs, is arranged for conversation and entertainment. The vaulted ceiling in the living room adds an open, spacious feel.
A new 40” smart flat screened TV in the living room gives you instant access to VUDU™, Netflix™, Hulu Plus™, Pandora®, Facebook™, Twitter® and more; wireless access for your laptop or iPad throughout the condo will let you keep in touch with the world. The living room desk is also a great place to set up a computer. The gas fireplace adds to the comfortable feel as well as extra coziness in the winter.
The patio through the sliding door off the living room features a bistro table and chairs along with a gas grill. The south facing view of the mountains offers shade for morning breakfasts and evening meals.
Off the living room is a dining room with large table for comfortably seating six, east facing windows, and a ceiling fan. The open space connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen makes entertainment flow easily.
The ample kitchen with ceramic floors and counters has all new appliances and is well stocked with an abundance of cooking and baking gadgets, prep-dishes, cutting boards, and utensils as well as dishes, glasses, flatware, serving items and table linen.
The master bedroom features one new queen size bed, cable TV and a bathroom with both a tub and shower. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space for clothes and storage.
The guest bedroom features two new twin size beds and a large closet. The guest bath includes a bathtub and shower with coordinated accessories and modern fixtures.
A large laundry room off the kitchen provides floor to ceiling cabinets, a washer and dryer and entry into a two-car garage. Space is available for one car.
Pool towels, bed/bath linens are provided.
We loved the condo, it is well appointed, the pool is beautiful and so convenient, it is very quiet and an ideal location. We would not hesitate to recommend it and Palm Springs to our friends. We particularly liked the tram up Mt. San Jacinto and the estate at Sunnyland. In fact, this area beats Florida by a mile and we have seen enough of Arizona, so there is a good chance that we would come back here again.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Pointe Escoba. This condo is a well-kept unit with a great location. The pool and common area is beautifully cared for—very quiet and relaxing environment. The unit, with an interesting layout, is very clean and comfortable with modern décor in accents of lime green and orange. The unit is close to businesses without being on a main thoroughfare. It’s easy to get just about anywhere in Palm Springs, which offers a variety of entertainment and recreational activities. We’re definitely coming back next year.

The condo was everything I anticipated - the photos do a good job of presenting a realistic picture of what to expect.
I enjoy cooking when I'm on vacation and I really appreciated the very well appointed kitchen - everything you'd want and more. The dishes were new and the set complete, the knives were good and dish towels plentiful (unusual in my renting experience). I also was very happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit - very convenient.
The little patio outside the living room was great - a nice place for breakfast or an evening glass of wine.
We used the pool every day and it looks like a pool in Palm Springs should. As you relax in the very comfortable lounges on your beach towel provided with the condo, you look up at the tall palm trees overhead and over at the mountains in the distance. What could be better!
