All rooms have remote control ceiling fans. Sconce lighted open stairway to lower level which has a 3rd bedrm. with two twin beds, large shower bath, huge recreation area with wet bar, 1/2 refrigerator, microwave, and second fireplace. Walkout lower level. Upper area has extensive private balcony and enclosed 3 Season room. Granite countertops throughout, knotty pine ceilings, cherry wood cabinets. 24/7 exterior security, paved from Hwy. B to condo, steps to lamp post lighted boardwalk to 6 piers for docking with 2 picnic tables and 2 fire pits lakeside. Grill provided. Newly built, northern décor. Marina for launching approximately .3 miles from condo which has boat and pontoon rentals available. One condo on either side of model; however, not being rented so completely private rental of model. Sales inquiries accepted.
