NO PRICE INCREASE FOR 2010 !!!!!Our detached, luxury private single storey fully air conditioned villa with private pool is only 150m from the unspoilt coastline of Mojacar Playa with bars, restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. Access is via well lit paved very quiet roads and offers totally secure off-road parking with lockable large sliding gate (very useful if you have little ones). Fully air conditioned bright, spacious rooms with mosquito screens to all windows, fans in all bedrooms, satellite TV, safe for valuables. - CD/tape player and DVD are also provided. Totally private walled rear garden - 2 of the 3 bedrooms (to which brand new en-suites have been added) have French windows leading onto the terrace and our 6m x 5m swimming pool. The 3rd shower-room/toilet has also been recently refitted. The garden overlooks mountains and Mojacar village - so picturesque and romantic at night. A large BBQ is provided. From the front of the villa you can see the sea.

The large twin bedroom (with air conditioning) is opposite the 3rd bathroom which has a twin vanity unit, w.c and large walk in shower. All bedrooms have very large fitted wardrobes with shelves. To save weight in your suitcases coat hangers are provided in all wardrobes. All beds also have bedside tables/lights. We have facilities for cot and high chair hire.

Location: Almeria airport 55 minutes drive, Alicante airport 1.75 hours drive and Murcia also 1.75 hours drive. There is an excellent bus service along the playa to Mojacar village and Garrucha, but we do recommended car hire if you wish to take advantage of the many places of interest to visit. SKIING: Winter visitors may wish to take advantage of the close facilities available in the Sierra Nevada - just 20 mins drive from Granada (which is approximately 1.75 hrs. drive from Mojacar).

Wonderful Holiday

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Casa Kapalua. Both Mojacar and the house were well known to us but this was the first time we had actually stayed there and it could not have been better. The property is very spacious and fitted out and decorated to the very highest standards. The location is superb being in a very quiet part of town and yet within easy striking distance of all the many and varied amenities Mojacar has to offer.Loved the re-fitted kitchen and especially the wonderful new fridge/freezer - the ice making facility got loads of use! We would be very happy to holiday any time at Casa Kapalua and also to recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday in a beautiful villa.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic location!

Just spent a week with my girlfirend and 4 other firends in this villa and have thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mojacar.
Upon arrival the directions and entrance to the villa were simple and instructed well. I recommend having the welcome pack option for arrivals as it is good value for £30.

Mid week during our stay the boiler stopped working which meant no hot water in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. All it took was a quick phone call to Coastal Properties and within 30 minutes of the call the problem was dealt with and the plumber fixed the issue that day. Fantastic response.

The villa is spacious enough for 6 people and the pool area is great, ideal for waht we wanted. We took our sky card whcih worked perfectly on the odd occasion that we wanted to watch t.v. to chill out.

The local area is nice but very quiet, possibly the time of year (september). Several good restaurants on the beach and further up the road is the 'strip' where you can get your typical 'spanglish' style bars and clubs etc. Didn't really venture in to this area too much to be honest.

Local areas such as Mojacar village has great views and Vera has an excellent market on Saturday mornings, so definately recommend hiring a car to get around much easier.

For a relaxing holiday in a great villa i would definately recommend for an actvity based holiday i.e. Jet Skiing, Speed boats etc i didn't find any unfortuantely but that really didnt spoil our time in Mojacar.

A wonderful holiday

We have just returned from our second fabulous holiday in Casa Kapalua. The large villa has everything you could possibly need for a peaceful & relaxing holiday in lovely Mojacar. The new kitchen is very smart and we loved the large American fridge/freezer. The pool and outside areas really came into their own in the fabulous sunshine and are very well looked after. It is nice having two separate outside dining areas & we loved sitting on the side terrace in the evening with a few bottles of wine, listening to the locals enjoying their pool. There are some very nice local restaurants, but we also enjoyed cooking for ourselves on the barbeque with excellent produce available in the supermarkets.

All in all, we had a fabulous time and didn't want to leave. Hope to visit again sometime.

So nice holidays in Mojacar

We spent an excellent week at the end of August in the casa Kapalua in Mojacar.
Very clean and well maintained, the house, the swimming poll and the garden are perfect for a familiy with children or tee agers. All around is quiet. We appreciate the air conditionned.
The view from the garden to the old village of Mojacar is splendid.
The beaches are not far from the house, the sea was warm and the sand was clean.
We recommand it.

Another Great Holiday!

Just returned from our second holiday at this location, was a little cautious if it would be as good as it was last year, however if anythihg it was better, it felt comfortable from the moment we unlocked the gates.
the property was once again imacuately turned out, the fridge stocked with the optional welcome pack (well worth having). The children were in the pool within the hour, this also was spotless with the gardens maintained to a high standard, such colour.
The property is so well situated with the sun over the pool and terrace from early morning to last thing at night, the lights of Mojacar Pueblo shimmer in the distance.
It is but a short walk to the beach, with a very short car journey giving access to a variety of alternative beached.
There is a selection of well stocked supermarkets to hand, for those that wish to eat out there is an abundance of restaurants, catering for every taste and pocket. Have to mention the restaraunt around the corner SOLO, an excellent meal!
The owners are very helpful in the information that they provide, and seem very keen to ensure that everyone has a good holiday experience.
