The famous port and beach is but a five minute walk away which makes the apartment ideal for those who do not wish to drive. For those who like to visit the Casino, the famous one in Banus is but a stroll away. Designer shops, boutiques and the large Department Store, El Corte Ingles is but five minutes away. If however, you wish to experience the quieter offerings of the area, you can try dining in the fabulous village of Benhavis or the quaint town of San Pedro just a few kilometres away. Likewise, take a drive through the Andalucian villages that are just a short distance away to sample more of a local flavour of the area.

The Area: This property has been finished to the highest standard. It comprises of five units set around three landscaped swimming pools and this year is its third year of occupancy. Senorio de Aloha is just 1Km from the centre of Puerto Banus, 6Km from Marbella and is within a few kilometres from a host of quality golf courses. There is a number of absolutely excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Hotel Andalucia with its premier Casino is a short walk away and the port with its fashionable shops, restaurants and marine is about a 10 minute walk away. SKY TV package has been installed if you wish a quiet night in with English DVD shop just a short walk away for all the latest films as well as a selection of films at the apartment for your enjoyment.

The Apartment: This 2 bedroomed duplex apartment has been tastefully decorated and has been fitted to a very high standard. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, it leads on to a terrace and onward to the front gardens. It has its own bathroom en-suite. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which houses the main rooms of the apartment (kitchen, utility room, living/dining rooms and second en-suite bedroom). Sun terraces off each bedroom as well as extra large terrace adjoining the living area provide ample relaxation space for any family or group.

Transport: Transport from Malaga airport, which is forty minutes away can be organised by the owner, either by car-hire or local driver with Taxi service at competitive rates.

Golf: This property is located at the entrance to the Golf Valley. Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta and Los Naranjos are all within a 3/5 minute drive. Information regarding these or other courses, green fees etc are available from owner. Senorio de Aloha is the ideal location for those who wish to enjoy the best golf facilities by day, while relaxing and enjoying the night-life of Puerto Banus.

I would like to thank you for providing us with the most wonderful of accommodation for our holiday.
I have to say that your apartment made all the difference to our stay & we felt like it was a home from home.
We had a choice of 3 pools & they were quiet & peaceful.
The feedback is that if we decide to return to Puerto Banus, that we will be calling on you without hesitation.

Fantastic week in a lovely Apartment!!

There were 4 of us (all girls) aged between 25-28 and we had a fantastic time in Puerto Banus, especially the apartment was wonderful, very spacious, light and had a great balcony. It was more like a 20 minute walk into Puerto Banus and as there is a large hike back up to the apartment, we sometimes caught a taxi back.
Great though!
Owner's Response: I amd delighted that the apartment matches my clients' expectations on both comfort and location It provides for both families and groups looking for an apartment in Banus. The centre is a ten minute walk away but could well warrant a taxi back if very late into the night.
