Located in East Vail, this spacious three bedroom ski condo is just five miles and a free shuttle ride away from Vail Village and its wealth of year-round attractions and activities! With 1400 square feet of living space, there's plenty of room to accommodate up to nine guests in this comfortable vacation getaway.
The living room is cozy and homey, with leather sofas and chairs, wood paneling on the walls, and a wood burning fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance. Comfy pillows accent the seating areas and Western-themed art adorn the walls, creating your very own mountain retreat. Looking for at-home evening entertainment? There's a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player right in the living room. And if you forget your novel at home, you'll find a collection of books on the shelf for those moments when you're looking for quieter pastimes.
Right off the living room (and also a great place to sit back and read a good book), is a deck for viewing the grounds and breathing in that fresh Colorado air.
The dining room seats six, and right by the table, another set of sliding glass doors leads out to the deck. The galley-style full kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cookware, and all the major appliances you'd expect, as well as lovely granite countertops. Making meals will be easy and relaxing in this kitchen! Also, for your convenience, there is a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.
A bedroom on the main level has a set of full sized bunk beds so your guests can have a sleepover every night, no matter what their age! Upstairs, there's another bedroom with another set of large bunk beds, as well as a master suite. That charming room has a king-sized bed, comfortable, bright bedding, a TV, wingback chair, and its own deck. Three full bathrooms are spread throughout the house, and there is also Internet connectivity for all your online needs while vacationing.
Outside, the decks boast tree-filled mountain views and the neatly kept condo grounds include a shared hot tub (very close to this rental), community pool, and close proximity to hiking and biking trails. Cultural events nearby include the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival in July, Vail International Dance Festival in the beginning of August, the Vail Jazz Festival through Labor Day Weekend, and Hot Summer Nights concert series on Tuesday nights, June through August.
Although this condo is a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Vail Village, it's very easy to head out and enjoy the world-class skiing, dining, and shopping there. A free shuttle runs regularly into Vail Village so you can be in the middle of all the action in no time - and best of all, no driving required! After a lively evening, you can enjoy the peace and privacy of this quieter condo community.
In the winter, on the days you're not speeding down the ski slopes, the Vail Racquet Club is just a few blocks away and provides hot tubs, pools, steam rooms, an exercise center, and spa services for a $20 daily pass.
In summer, there's golfing and hiking close by, including the trail to beautiful Booth falls. Cyclists can choose from 18 different bike paths. For a bit of back-to-nature adventure, try some fly fishing, sign up for a rafting excursion, or sightsee far above the ground in a hot-air balloon.

We stayed at Timber Falls 103 over New Years 2015 and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as pictured and as expected. We were happy that the East Vail bus stop was right at our parking lot. I rated this a 4 instead of 5 because of these issues:
1. The community hot tub was not hot; it was barely lukewarm.
2. On our 2nd morning, there was no hot water, not even lukewarm water. It was fixed by the evening, and we were happy about that.
3. Very minor thing - there were no hand towels in the upstairs 2nd bathroom and no extra regular sized towels. As we were leaving, I was starting the washer and realized there were many towels already washed sitting in the washer that we could have used, but we didn't know they were in there.
