The ideally located ‘Casa Colonica’ unites the Italian charm with the modern comfort. Its 4 large and light vacation apartments were restored in 2006, with a lot of care for details and for ecological standards. It has natural colours, wooden furniture and a sustainable usage of energy, which is an expression of the vacation concept of harmony between a top quality accommodation and nature. On 20 ha, Frauke Weissang grows bio-cereal, pulse and crops. The hilly pastures are populated by horses and donkeys. On the foot of the vineyard, the guests will find a saltwater pool, where they can bath and swim. Besides, the wonderful surrounding invites you for extended hiking mountain biking tours. In the yard, you can buy fruit and vegetables, as well as other ecological local delicacies. Urbino, Rafael’s picturesque birth place is only 6 km away and it offers numerous restaurants and shopping facilities.

Vacation on the ecological farm: The agritourism ‚Le Cesane’ is an ecological farm. On the crop lands ecological cereal and pulse are cultivated. In the fruit and vegetable garden belonging to the farm, there are various vegetables, olives and fruit. The products and other ecological delicacies of Marken are also sold on the farm.

Animals on ‚Le Cesane’: Cats, horses and donkeys are among the ‚inhabitants’ of ‚Le Cesane’. On agreement, we can also organize donkey rides for you. Behaved pets are always welcome.

Fishing, mountain biking and more: For trips in the neighbourhood, you can rent well equipped mountain bikes for a surcharge. You can also fish in the ponds of the ecological neighbouring farm. A golf course is being planned at the moment, but it will take a wile, until this plan is accomplished.

The agritourism ‘La Cesane’ is located in the homonymous park 'Parco Le Cesane', in an amazing Nature Reserve. Frauke Weissang discovered this small treasure 14 years ago, and since then, he has been living here with his family. The family knows this region the best, and they can give the guests a lot of information and suggestions for their vacation. ‘La Cesane’ offers both nature and culture. In only 6 km, you can find Raffel’s picturesque birth place Urbino, where you can visit the historical center. Rossini’s birth place Pesaro can also be easily reached by car and invites you yearly to its famous festivals.

Notes

  • Linen, towels, electricity, water and fire wood as well as the usage of the swimming pool are included in the rental rate. The usage of TV, washing machine and dryer will be charged additionally. You can also ride, upon request.
  • The 5th and the 6th person can sleep in the comfortable couch bed and needs to pay only 10 Euros per night for towels, linen and consumption. During the main season, the entire rental rate for the 4 people needs to be paid.
  • You have to pay 50 Euros for the final cleaning.
