Details: In the Mediterranean style Garden there is a Private Parking place. Around the swimming pool, there is a relaxation area with umbrellas, wooden sun beds and a large change and shower room with WC. The large wooden deck Terrace, which supervise the pool, offer a retractable awning, a dining table with garden's armchairs, a nearby gas barbecue; perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a romantic dinner. There is also a small storeroom in the garden where the Washing machine is.
The villa’s Ground level has a shower room with a WC and a Fully Equipped Kitchen with dining table, chairs and a large wooden door that leads to a lounge Sitting room. This sitting room with a sofa and table, leads to the large wooden deck terrace with a fabulous view to the picturesque port of Molivos. A Single cozy and airy Bedroom with fan, built halfway into the rock completes the ground floor. As you enter the high wooden North front door you reach the First level. The 2 airy Bedrooms with A/C and Ceiling fans (1 Double and 1 Triple) both have doors leading out on to a Balcony, with an extraordinary View and retractable awning. One more very pretty Double Bedroom with A/C and ceiling fan at the other side of the first floor has view to the garden. The big Living/Dining room that welcomes you with a comfortable couch, armchairs, dining table & chairs, is decorated with beautiful Antiques, Satellite TV, DVD Player, CD player, Wi-Fi Internet access. An elegant Bathroom, with a bathtub and a practical Kitchenette with electric cooker, double faucet kitchen sink and a fridge- freezer, completes this level.
Villa MOLOVA is situated above the picturesque port of Molivos Village, near the market town. Take a short walk in the center of the medieval village and its market or just swim in the crystal blue waters in the nearest beach.
