Perfect for our Family

We stayed before Christmas and from taking the reservation (Julie was super to deal with) to the warm welcome upon arrival and the helpfulness that the staff offered during our stay we cannot fault anything in our experience.

The apartment is easy to access with a family as there are no steps and a private front door. There is parking right in front of the front door and a cute little patio garden to the rear of the property (just off the kitchen, which is great if you have young children). The place was extremely clean throughout. The kitchen has wooden floor boards (we have 2 children under the age of 3 so this made us very relaxed at mealtimes!) There's also a dining table that is comfortable for a family of 4. It was very convenient that there was a cot and highchair in the apartment.

The tube station is a 5 minute walk away and the neighborhood is very quiet.

I'd recommend this apartment to those who are looking for very good value, great service and a comfortable home from home.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Boyd Garden. The apartment is very clean, quiet and really warm, in a quiet neighborhood. It's very well equipped and functional. Very convenient for visiting London, both by car or public transport.
Julie and Mike were very reliable, helpful, they were very responsive.

Ideal Place to Stay in South London

I would absolutely recommend Boyd Garden. We chose it as it is close to family but it would be equally good to stay there if you're looking for an affordable good-sized space south of the river. It is very close to the tube and amenities and located on a pleasant and quiet street.
The house itself is in good condition, well-equipped and was perfect for our needs. There's also a great little back garden. Definitely recommended for a small family. Our kids loved the bunk beds.
Julie who manages the property was a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay and was very responsive to our needs.

A great place that has it all!!

I stayed at this lovely place for almost a month. My kids (4 and 2 years) loved it as well and started calling it "our home" right after arrival. The place is fully equipped with all what you can ask for. Full kitchen, WIFi, Cable, Backyard...etc
Everything was perfect from the day we booked untill our departure

I would always come back to this nice apartment whenever I'm in town and it is available.
