My home is unique in that it was the model for this upscale development, and was built in 2006, and thus it comes with all the model upgrades...
Master bedroom is very large with crown molding high ceilings, and a 62' high definition flat screen TV, there are his and her sinks in master bath with a separate tube and shower. Plus off the Master Bathroom is a large walk-in closet with organizer shelving. You can see two photos of the walk-in closet in photo gallery.
The 2nd bedroom has a new queen size bed with it's own full bath. It is located split level just below the Master bedroom, and just above the Kitchen and Great Room.
The 3rd bedroom is more like a den with no door, but still secluded because this is a split level home with the den/bedroom on the lowest level with it's own full bathroom and direct access to the garage, patio, and laundry facilities. The 3rd bedroom has a futon with a very thick memory foam mattress that allows far better support than a pullout couch bed, it also has an HD Cable TV. This room has 17' high ceiling.
The main level is where the kitchen and great room are located. It is an open floor plan and the kitchen has all upgraded stainless steel appliances.
The great room, just off the Kitchen has an amazing 55' Samsung Class 4K Ultra High Definition Curved HDTV, with a very large sectional for easy TV viewing. Attached to the TV is also a Blue Ray DVD Player.
Just off the Kitchen eating area is a door to a small outdoor deck when you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.....
We provide Direct TV Satellite coverage with HBO and Showtime channels included. We also provide free high speed Wi-Fi via Century Link.
Please note that because the home is tri-level there are a lot of steps from the garage level to the master bedroom.

I always wanted all the upgrades of a model home and have it located in the best area of town. This home fits both of those wishes bill :)
I love how close I am to shops and restaurants and also just far enough away from the Strip to not get caught up in the traffic and craziness that can happen there but yet close enough to take in a show or a great meal in 20 minutes. My home places you much closer to Red Rock Canyon (10 minutes max) and MT Charleston Sky area (50 minutes max) than other nice areas of Las Vegas or Henderson.
We stayed a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The homeowner is assessable and accommodating. Great TV's and a nice kitchen. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Three major casino within 10 minutes and the Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin newly opened regional mall less than a 1/4 mile (easy walk) from the home...Red Rock Canyon is a short 10 minute drive through some of the most gorgeous red rock formations you will ever see...Then there is both the Strip and old town Las Vegas about 15 miles 20 minutes drive time away......
There are many bicycle and walking paths that are easily accessible from our home. Summerlin is a planned community that prides itself on providing access to miles and miles of biking and walking pathways. Knowing many of our renters are bicycle riders at home, if golfing is your thing there are many courses just a short 5 to 10 minute drive from our home, so no need to lose out on your favorite activity just because your away from home......
If you are looking for a long term rental and you have children the schools assigned for K-12 are the best in the Las Vegas Valley scoring 10/10 on Zillow's school rating system for grades K-8 (Judy & John Goolsby Elementary/Sig Rogich Middle School), and 8/10 for Palo Verde High School.
