Monteborgo, a quiet hamlet in the real Tuscan countryside, right in the heart of the region known worldwide for its arts, climate, skyline, wine and traditional food.

The apartments are situated on an agricultural estate of approximately 25-hectars, available for picnics, walks, nature hikes, etc.

This environment is harmonically respected with a swimming area and a 12x7mt swimming-pool, built with natural stones (outside) and mosaics (inside).

The pool’s park includes olive-trees, cypresses and other wild bushes in front of a breathtaking panorama view, wich allows you the maximum privacy.

The estate is located in the hills, about 25 km from Florence. All kinds of shopping is available in the near town of Montespertoli, wich is 10 minutes away from Monteborgo.

You will arrive after a pleasant, panoramic drive through a tiny and characteristic unpaved country road.

Capanna di Gigi is located in Montespertoli country, on the tipical tuscan hills, at end of a country unpaved road. The village of Montespertoli is 10 minuts far, by car. Florence 25-40 min. In the immediate surroundings peace reigns supreme and the only sounds are those of guests who enjoy swim in the stone pool. Monteborgo is placed near Montespertoli, reached in 5-10 min through a secondary road, (1 mile unpaved) not suitable for sports car. Montespertoli is a small town, but well organized, where you can find everything you need. Florence 25 km, Certaldo 15 km, Vinci 25 km, San Gimignano 28 km, 50 km Pisa, Volterra and Siena 40 km, 30 km Monteriggioni.
