3rd Arrondissement Le Marais Studio Rental Photos and Description
Studio, 1 Bath ( Sleeps 2)
This spacious studio apartment is located on the 1st floor (French standard with an elevator) in a good standard modern building. The street is a calm street that is mostly pedestrian. It links the “Porte Saint Martin” to the “Place de la Republique” that was recently fully redesign to open to pedestrians and has become a trendy location. For information the “Porte Saint Martin” was a former entrance in Paris before the boundaries expanded.
The studio is convenient and feels roomy. It has two double-paned bay windows that bathe it in natural light.
On entering into the apartment a small corridor leads to the main area.
In the corridor to the right, is a large mosaic tiled bathroom. The bathroom offers a bath tub, a shower, and a large vanity counter with a sink and a large mirror. The toilet is inside the bathroom as well as a washer and a drier, which are rare in a studio.
The living area is divided in 3 distinct areas –
- The sleeping area : a comfortable bed for two is on the right side. It stands between a full sized book case and the studio wall which creates the feeling of a real bedroom. On the left side, a long desk that also holds the TV. There are drawers to sort your files. The desk area receives direct light from the windows.
- The lounge area : it offers a sofa for 2 and a low table to share comfortably a drink with friends.
- The dining area and the open kitchen are next to the windows. The dining table can easily accommodate 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped.
There are 3 metro stations nearby: Temple, Republique, and Strasbourg St Denis.
