LUXURY 3 BEDROOM VILLA WITH PRIVATE HEATED POOL

Villa Thalia was exactly as the photos showed it. It's a wonderful place to stay - spacious (there were 5 of us) and with everything we needed supplied. It's south facing so gets the sun most of the day. We especially appreciated the roof terrace in the mornings - great views and really relaxing. We were there end of October/early November so the weather was really pleasant and warm, but not too hot. We paid extra to have the pool heated and that was definitely worth it as it got a lot of use! We'd definitely recommend going at that time of year - it's not too crowded and flights and car rental are rather cheaper (especially if you extend your stay past half term as we did). If you've got children, you may want to take appropriate DVDs as the selection in the villa isn't that suitable. Helen was really friendly and sorted out a couple of minor problems we had. Jan gave wonderful friendly and caring service, even returning the trunks our son left behind. We were all celebrating something and it was everything we'd hoped for to create some really special family memories. We definitely recommend this villa!

We have recently returned from our holiday in Aphrodite Hills Cyprus, we were there for a friends wedding and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The Villa was ideal in size for 6 and the setting was excellent setting for our holiday allowing us to relax by the pool during the day and was only 20 mins travel from Paphos for going out in the evening.

The information and help provide by Jan at Cyprus Villa Rental both in arranging the rental and whilst we were over in Cyprus was second to none. Having never been to Cyprus before or rented a Villa we weren't sure what to expect but Jan provided us with loads of information on the surrounding area with details of the place of interest to see and the best place for eating in the evening. The joining instructions for the Villa were also excellent and provided us with a stress free transfer from the airport.

I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone who is thinking of staying in the Aphrodite Hills area, the only thing I would say is that you will either need to hire a car or be prepared to travel by taxi as it is slightly out lying but for us this added to the holiday as it was in a very relaxing setting for day time away from everything.

I would also complement Cyprus Villa Rentals on the very professional and excellent service that they provided.

For our family vacations we normally stay in hotels, so our rental of Villa Thalia in Secret Valley, Cyprus, was our first. But we will be back!
The whole booking process was handled very professionally by Jan, the owner of this and several other villas in the area. Emails were answered prompty, answers given fast and in a very friendly and helpful manner.
On arrival, we found Villa Thalia to be in perfect condition and exceeding our expectations in every way. Standards were very high and the house was spotlessly clean and exteremely well equipped beyond what was expected - brand new patio furniture on the roof terrace with amazing views of the Mediterranean, a washing machine (not mentioned on the webiste), sandwich grill, mixer, ice machine in the freezer and many thoughtful extras. A generous supply of groceries on arrival meant we did not have to rush to the supermarket first thing.
Throughout our 10-day stay, we had a perfect time and did not find one thing that we would have changed. The pool area was wonderful and gave us many hours of relaxing every day. It faces south and has sunshine throughout the entire day. Our excellent hostess Helen was available to answer any question and gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and places of interest in the area.
Secret Valley is perfectly situated just minutes from legendary Aphrodites Rock with its beautiful beach and the short coastal drive to neighbour village Pissouri, with a good supermarket and several nice tavernas, is one of the most beautiful roads I have ever travelled.
We could not be more happy with our stay and did not dare to post this recommendation until we had secured our booking for 2013 :)
