This apartment has been created in the lower ground floor of the owners' accommodation and access is via the shared front door on the ground floor. As this is a lower ground floor unit there is a restricted outlook from the window, but there is ample light. The owners offer the use of their swimming pool and sauna, garden and large games room with table tennis table, pool table and electronic games.

The property is in a perfect location for those not wanting to bring a car to the island. It's situated on a good bus route, and it's close to the Island's cycle track which runs from the main town of St. Helier to the west of the Island.
