This property is entirely private, ,Detached manor house is set within 2 acres of gardens and apple orchard which are exclusively for the use for the guests, offering ample packing and good facilities including elegantly furnished living and dining room which looks out onto the grounds.

First floor: Bathroom with toilet and basin, 4 bedrooms: 2 king size rooms both with en-suite showers, toilets and basins, 2 twin bedrooms.
Oil central heating, open fire in lounge (initial charge for fuel from Oct to April is £150 there is no charge in the summer months), electrictity and power included in rent the whole year through, colour satellite TV, video, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, large lawned garden, grounds, patio garden furniture, barbecue in summer months, ample off road parking. Sorry, No Pets.
The Château is 18th century and is built in solid stone it is very cool in the summer and does not take long to get lovely and warm in the winter months... It is a very cosy house... There is a topical swimming pool on the right hand size on the way to Vire which is very popular in the Winter. Also indoor swimming pool with water shoots in Conde Sur Noireau.
Netto is a great Supermarket on the way to Conde Sur Noireau it is brand new. Also the nearest is Careforre 3 mins away from The Chateau. The Calvados Brandy is also excellent in black coffee and should be tried too. I also love the house in the Summer because you can hear the crickets in the Summer when you arrive and the owl in the Winter.
My dream was always to buy a lovely house in France. But didn't imagine buying a Manor House but I definitely fulfilled my dream. I am a single lady with an ambition and achieved it. I often go to France with my Parents who help maintain the house and there is plenty of space for all of us. It is my dream house and I love my bedroom (Master Bedroom) it definitely has the WOW FACTOR. I can't see me ever selling this Beautiful Home.

I brought this house for me to live in and run a Bed and Breakfast but decided in the end to rent out the whole house. Then stay in the UK and work because I have a job where I get 15 weeks holiday a year. So there is always plenty of time for holidays. But I am finding it difficult to book myself in the house because it is very popular with guests. The whole house is newly renovated with lovely french style beds.
I love the whole house. The living room is big with lovely fireplace. The Hallway is beautiful with decorated ceilings and lovely staircase. The kitchen is big with a range. The dinning room is great for entertaining. My bedroom (Master) has the WOW FACTOR. Also with dressing room. Big family bathroom as well. We love sitting outside on a hot summers evening with Heart FM on in the background.
During our stay we enjoyed every minute of it. The house is so so relaxing and has a lovely atmosphere in it. The summer the house is cool and the winter the house is warm. Because it is ganite. We are planning our fourth visit to the Chateau because it is so very comfortable and lots of space for children to run around. There are two televisions there. We used one for the children and one for ourselves. Sharon has thought of everything we need there. Even to the extent of ladders to get the car roof box off. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a lovely house. I would love to buy the house if I won the lottery and have fallen in love with it..
GOLD MEDAL AWARDED BY GUESTS Luxury Manor House newly restored to high specification. The whole house is for rent and has 2 acres of gardens with an orchid as well. It is South Facing and surrounded by lovely countryside in rural location. But very near the shops as well so you get the best of both worlds. There is a lovely Normandy Fireplace and every room is very big. The Master Bedroom is 21ft by 21ft with en-suite. All rooms have comfortable beds and have luxury furniture and english carpet throughout the whole of upstairs which alot of guests love. Also second bedroom has three windows in it and very spacious as well.. It is only a 3 minute drive to Vassy village which has Bars and Supermarket. Conde Sur Noireau is only 10 minutes away with lots of shops and market. Clercy has great outdoors activities. Which is called Little Switzerland which is beauiful and has Mountain Bikes, Horse-Riding, Canoeing, Paragliding and golf. It is ideally situated for sightseeing historic towns of Caen and Falaise are within 1 hour drive Bayeaux, Bagnoles de L'Orne, Domfont, Deauville and Honfleur, Mont St Michel and also D-day landing beaches are all within an hours drive. Paris is 3 hours by train from Flers station.. There are numerous Châteaux, Zooligical Parks, Museums and miles of glorious sandy beaches. The house has definitely got the WOW factor and everyone is delighted when they arrive and can't believe how big it is. Lots of guests are returning too and have all written good reports about it.

Included in price is (duvets, mattress covers, pillows) Bed linen and towels are charged extra at £10 per person if required. There is an additional charge of £150 for fuel for the months of October to April. Also logs are available 1m x 1m (One weeks supply) at £70. Logs for half a week 1/2m x 1/2m is £40.
Full Payment is due 4 weeks before the holiday commences. Please contact me.
Confirmation deposit for Booking is £200. The damage deposit is £130 payable by cheque before arrival. Then Key and Direction details are forwarded on.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
