The spacious apartment is fully equipped and functional--with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, TV with Netflix, and a fully stocked, large kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans, spices for cooking, etc.) You'll also have access to kayaks and bikes!!

Ashford Avenue is home to upscale businesses like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Salvatore Ferragamo, and to local hangout spots like The Place, Small Bar, Di Zucchero, and Stop and Go. You're one quick block away from a Walgreens and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can't beat it.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dining room area, a very comfortable living room area, and a big balcony, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The rental includes one parking space.

Also, ask about our concierge service! Our concierge can help make reservations, get private chefs, book boat charters, and buy groceries, just to name a few things. These additional services will be billed separately.

Location is perfect for living or vacationing.
Walking distance to beaches and major tourist attractions, stores, hotels, restaurants, casinos, etc.
A group of us took a college spring break trip to PR and wanted a location that didn't require a car rental. It was a $20-25 taxi ride from SJU airport to the property. This condo fit perfectly; 1 block from the beach, 1 block from the CVS, 1 block from casino, etc... The location was great. The house itself was perfect for what we were looking for; something nice but not over the top. During our stay in/around the area, never once felt "un-safe." The bus stop is also 1 block away, which is nice for getting into Old San Juan for 75 cents! The only reason not for rating 5-stars was the lack of kitchen supplies. There was few plates, only 3 pans for cooking, no knifes. Our group cooked meals every night together and it was very difficult sometimes due to lack of pans and utensils. With a home rated to sleep 10 people, I would assume that there would be things to feed 10 people; but this was not the case. Other than this, its a nice condo and was perfect for our needs.

This place was perfect! My family and I enjoyed everything; especially the location. The condo is really centric, especially if you are planning to stay in the East side of the island. It also has great security, it is very spacious, etc. Everything you are looking for I guarantee you that this place has it.

Though the property does accommodate 10 ppl, it's a pretty tight squeeze. It should be said that it's more like 5 couples as their are a total of 5 beds, 4 of which are twins. We knew this prior to booking and weren't expecting anything luxurious. We purchased 5 air mattresses to add additional beds. You should also note, there's no central air. The 3 bedrooms have their own air unit, but the main room relied on fans and could get pretty warm.
The property manager was easy to reach and was accommodating with any issues.
Our group of four was very comfortable here. The location is amazing- two minute walk to the beach, right off Ashford Ave. with all of its shops and great Puerto Rican restaurants. We highly recommend Cafe del Angel right around the corner for juice and mofongo! The market is also close by, so you can stock up on soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and all the sundries that will make the place into a home. The building felt safe, and the property manager was very helpful with getting us oriented to the neighborhood.
It's great value for the amount of room you get, but it would probably be uncomfortable for a group larger than six. The second bathroom is very, very small and we only used it if absolutely necessary. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!
The location is great! It's one block off ashford ave with restaurants, bars, shopping etc. As well as one block away from the beach! The shower was slightly leaky and the beds were nothing special but for the price, it was more than worth it. The owner was extremely accommodating and the place was nice. Overall, us 10 girls had a great spring break and would stay here again!
Condado is the trendiest area to live in and visit. Oceanfront dining is a must, as well as enjoying the nightlife in the many pubs and bars.
