About Bruce Clotworthy
I live in one half of the property with my wife, Leslie, and our two year old son, Asher. After years of visiting and wanting to move to the Bay Area, the opportunity presented itself and our family moved from the Mountains of Utah to Berkeley. We have not looked back. The Bay Area has everything that we want and need with the beautiful Pacific Ocean, vibrant San Francisco, and Marin county mere miles away and the wine country of Sanoma and Napa counties less than an hours drive. The diversity and natural beauty made this a place where we wanted to raise Asher and live our lives.
Why Bruce Clotworthy chose Berkeley
We were lucky to find this gem of a property in central Berkeley. An incredible amount of work has gone into the renovations but you can see from the pictures that it was worth all of the effort.
What makes this bungalow unique
It's hard to find a place in the Bay Area that has a feeling of seclusion and privacy and this apartment has it. Despite being in the middle of the action, you can have a little privacy without sacrificing access to all of the things the Bay Area has to offer.
