Savannah House Rental Photos and Description
3 Bedroom + bonus, 2.5 Baths With Spacious Living Areas And Gourmet Kitchen
We built our home in Savannah in 2007. It is conveniently located just a few short blocks from Forsyth Park, and one mile from the Downtown Historic District. The Victorian District is a residential area surrounding the park that has been restored or rebuilt to it's original 1900s architecture.
This two story Victorian reproduction has the traditional look for homes that were built in the early 1900s, but was designed to have many of the modern luxuries that we enjoy while we stay at the home.
The spacious downstairs living area has three parlors which house a living room, dining room and den area adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. There is a queen sleeper sofa located in the living area that will comfortably sleep 2 adults. Enjoy the back porch and brick paver courtyard with fire pit and grill areas.
Upstairs you will find a grand master suite with king size bed and sitting area. The master bath has a large walk in shower, claw foot tub and balcony. Two of the back bedrooms have king and queen beds. The fourth bedroom is set up as a children's room with one full and one twin bed. This room is perfect for kids or can sleep an additional 3 adults if needed. The bedrooms are adjacent to the full bath with claw foot tub with shower head.
The home sleeps 9-11 adults or children comfortably. We wanted this house to stand out as being child friendly, so we have furnished it with two pack n plays, two high chairs, child gates, monitor, plates and utensils. We have three 2 year olds, so we know what it is like to travel with kids. It's much easier to travel without having to pack up your entire house.

About Ryan Williamson
My wife and I built this home in 2007. I was born in Savannah and was fortunate enough to move back to my hometown and meet my wife. We had our first meeting over a cup of coffee at the Sentient Bean on Forsyth Park. We intended to live in the home, however work took us to Bluffton, SC shortly after finishing the home. In early 2011, our three children were born and we have thoroughly enjoyed coming back to Savannah over the past years to experience all it has to offer. We hope you do too.

Why Ryan Williamson chose Savannah
I chose this location to build on because I was raised in this area of Savannah and love all it has to offer. The Victorian district, over the past decade, has been beautifully restored to what it could have looked like over 100 years ago. There are still a few homes that need to be brought back to life, but that just adds to the character of the neighborhood that we love.
What makes this house unique
Our home is located within walking distance to many local restaurants, shops, grocery stores and most importantly Forsyth Park. Saturday morning coffee, scone, and Farmer's markets are a must if you are going to stay in Savannah. There are countless concerts, festivals and events hosted in Forsyth Park thoughout the year that you can attend. Downtown is a 15 minute walk or short pedicab ride away to visit all of the Historic Landmarks, shops on Broughton and River Street.
