Regal Park is a friendly complex in the heart of Candolim and is walking distance from a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

The complex has 3 large swimming pools, gated security 24/7 and beautiful landscape gardens.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, great for sitting, relaxing and having a bite to eat. There is also a balcony at the back of the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning, water filter, mosquito nets on all doors and windows and comprises of :

- large lounge, with double doors to the balcony,

- kitchen diner

- master bedroom with king size bed with high quality sprung mattresses

- second bedroom with 2 single beds

- modern shower room.

The property is furnished to high standards and feels like home.

Candolim is just north of the Mandovi river and is home to Goa's most popular and well known resort and holiday village. It has a beautiful sandy beach. Take a plunge into swimming or just sun bathe. For the more adventurous amongst you there is option of indulging in water sports like para sailing and jet skiing.

While at the Candolim beach do not miss out the Aguada Fort. The fort was built by the Portuguese way back in 1912 for defence against the Dutch and the Maratha invaders. Along with the fort the church, lighthouse and the barracks of the Aguada Jail have become tourist attractions.

Candolim offers excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine for lively nights out. There are a number of things to do including visiting Calangute and Baga Beach. There is a night market in Anjuna which is worth going to, remember to use your bartering skills. Take a trip to the capital Panjim. Taxis and rickshaws are very cheap and you can even agree a rate for the day

great location for beach and restaurants but set back from the road
apartment great for couples and families
nina organised somebody to visit to make sure any problems were sorted out which was great knowing there was somebody at the end of the phone
facilities in apartment were ok for breakfast but there are enough places to eat out for main meals
nina was great at getting back to us with our enquiries and would reccommend this apartment , in fact we have already booked for next year

The apartment is well situated on the first floor with two en suite bedrooms, so even if there are only two of you, you can actually have your own shower/bathroom, which is real bonus when getting ready to go out in the evening. It is a two minutes walk to the main area for restaurants and five minutes to the closest access to the beach, although the pool area is fine if you want to stay near the apartment. The apartment itself has sufficient self catering facilities to have breakfast and hot drinks etc. with kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, small single electric hob. If you have been to Goa before then you know that you would rarely stay in to eat as it is so cheap to eat out, but if you wanted to stay in for an evening then there is enough facilities to cater for yourself.

I rented this property along with 2 friends (for the New Year's holidays) for a little over a week. It was our first trip to Goa, and we couldn't have found a better place to stay.

Wonderful location. Lovely landscaping and outdoor pool areas. The Regal Park apartment complex has a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere, along with a very friendly staff.
The 2-bedroom apartment was very clean/organized. All amenities were conveniently provided. A wonderful vacation apartment for people of all ages.
There are plentiful shops and restaurants within walking distance and the area is very safe. Highly recommended.

We can't wait to visit Goa and Regal Park again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
