Location location location................being one of the most desirable and newest beach front developments in Albufeira, with its rare stunning sea views, it’s a quiet condo, but still extremely close to the hustle and bustle of Albufeira, only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. There are 18 apartments, some have the few PRIME positions, on the 2nd and 3rd level, overlooking the sea, capturing the amazing views across Albufeira's Old Town. Doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within, and the amazing views beyond! The spacious balcony is perfect for al fresco dining. In the evenings you will experience the most spectacular sun sets. They are furnished for contemporary living, and finished to an incredibly high specification.

Additional Information: Beaches in the Algarve are all quite amazing but in this part of Albufeira you'll enjoy the best of the best. Additional beaches in the immediate vicinity include ‘Praia dos Aveiros’ (small and secluded) and ‘Praia da Oura’ which offers an array of water sports

A leisurely 15 minute stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine. Albufeira is regarded as the tourist capital of the Algarve offering excellent restaurants, shopping, local markets, night-life and relaxation.

The town itself offers an interesting contrast with its two distinct areas known as The Old Town with Marina and famous buzzing ‘Strip’

Travel

Faro is the nearest airport approx 35m away / 30 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport. Airport transfers can be arranged, if requested. Taxis are also available at the airport. As the apartment is centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. If, however, you want to explore the Algarve further, car hire is available at very reasonable rates. The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.

The Apartment (privately owned) is in one of the few 'PRIME POSITIONS' on the third level, overlooking the pool and sea, capturing the amazing view across Albufeira's Old Town. . Wall to floor doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within............... and the amazing views beyond. Apartment 1 has the green furnishings and it is on the third level, In the middle block , overlooking that fabulous sea. This apartment is VERY PRIVATE as it is in the centre bock it is not overlooked at all by any other apartment, all you can see from inside the lounge and bedroom is that spectacular sea view All photos are clearly labelled with Apartment number There are 18 apartments in total, please email for current availability

Beautiful Apartment with Spectacular Views

Where to start! A fantastic holiday base for couples or small families, tucked away close to the beach and bars/restaurants of Albufeira's famous strip. Spotlessly clean on arrival with a kitchen stocked with everything you could ever need (plus a chilled bottle of Mateus Rose!), a spacious lounge and plenty of storage in the bedroom. The balcony was great for us as our 14 month old could wander out to play without any danger and the sun coming over in the afternoon was perfect. The pool and toddler pool were great (it's very quiet down there so we were really concious when our little one started shouting!) and the whole complex is in lovely condition. A fantastic holiday and an apartment I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have just returned from the apartment and have to say was stunned at the views, from the minute we booked this Maria and Colin have been so helpful, We were met at the airport by Hilary and Pete( Transfer bus ) who again, were great, on route to the apartment they pointed out all the best eating places and and hot spots
The apartment was a home from home with that little but of luxury, we were totally relaxed, the pool was never that busy and the beaches are amazing, I would recommend to anyone this apartment , and hopefully will be back again in the future, Thanks again ...oh and a trip to Villamoura is a must .

Superb apartment in a fantastic location!

If you are looking for a superbly appointed apartment on a small development with it's own pool and conveniently located for all amenities then look no further! We have just returned from a fantastic week here and will definitely be returning. We chose not to hire a car but the owner can arrange transfers at a very reasonable cost. The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious with a fabulous view from the balcony. Set in a quiet location, but with a couple of bars nearby, the bustle of Albufeira is only a short taxi ride away or alternatively a 10 walk along the beautiful beach which is accessed via the lane at the rear of the development. The Strip is also within a 5 minute walk and there is something for everyone there.In addition to the bars and attractions, we discovered authentic Portuguese along with several other good quality restaurants. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Simply perfect!

Rather than wax lyrical about Maria's apartment which others have done admirably and which we really could not better, we thought we would describe our last evening when we chose to cater 'at home' rather than try out the many excellent and varied and reasonably priced menus available at the restaurants close at hand.

It was a balmy evening, we sat on the balcony and witnessed the sun setting over Albufeira enjoying a glass of red wine from the nearby supermarket. Our meal was a take-away Romana Pizza from Paula's (the nearby Italian) with the added attraction of a 10% discount, courtesy of a card we found in the apartment! This was followed by fresh hand-picked strawberries from the supermarket. The wine flowed, the Pizza (a combination of mushrooms and ham with the usual toppings could not be bettered (why can't we get them like this at home?). And the strawberries were, well strawberries, but nonetheless as good as the best English strawberries which we 'occasionally' get at home.

A simple evening but one which perhaps typifies many of the advantages of staying in Maria's apartment where you can choose to do what you like, when you like, always in absolute comfort and with everything you could possibly need to hand. Ours was a simple meal but one which will not quickly be forgotten. The view from the balcony where we sat was superb, there was little preparation required and minimal washing up afterwards.

The evening was finished off with freshly made coffee and a glass of local brandy!

Simply perfect - it could not be bettered - 5 stars!

Fabulous Apartment with Great Views close to beach

Well, lets just put it this way when my wife walked into the apartment she said she was going to refuse to go home!!! We have to agree with previous reviewers, the pictures really do not do this property justice. It is well appointed with all the facilities you could want. The seating in the lounge and dining area are comfortable as are the beds and bedrooms. The views from the balcony could not be beaten ... especially when we could sit, every evening, drinking and eating while watching the Sun go down over Albufeira. The night we watched the Sun Saturn and Jupiter sink below the horizon will live with us for years to come. But back to more mundane things ... The shower works well and the Jacuzzi bath is a real bonus (if a bit on the narrow side). The kitchen is well equipped ... no, actually, its better equipped than our own at home .. tumble dryer and washing machine were a real bonus as was the American size fridge freezer. We really want to keep this apartment as our own personal discovery but it would be unfair to Maria not to tell others about it, indeed, while there I was texting a friend about how good it was and she booked it on the spot for a few days in July. All of this was backed up by support from Amanda of Fresh As A Daisy - our arrival flight was on time but there was over an hours delay in getting the hire car ... nonetheless she was there to welcome us as we arrived at the apartment building entrance and happily showed as round. We never did brave the external swimming pool, but it like the rest of the complex was clean and smart, there is a "handyman" keeping the place tidy. The walk along the beach into Albufeira was a lovely way to pass the time and with the choice of taxi, landtrain or bus to drop us off at back near the complex excursions into town without the car was easy. We would love to go back, indeed it was hard to drag the missus away (lol). 4 stars doesnt really do it justice, because as a rating it would get 9.99 out of 10 Overall: A real winner

What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.

It's only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. A leisurely 15 minutes stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine.

The famous buzzing ‘Strip’ is only a 5 minute walk!

Golf: The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away, the closest being a 5 minute drive away.

These are Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes).

Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away

In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.
