A short flight of stairs leads to a very comfortable sitting room with dining area. This room enjoys unobstructed views of the beautifully landscaped communal gardens, which guests are welcome to use. Off the sitting room is a fully equipped galley kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc. Other amenities include off street parking, a 32' flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD Player and free Wi-Fi.

It is a largely residential area with a lively High Street, supermarkets, cinema, live music venues and many restaurants and traditional pubs. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to unspoilt Putney Heath and Wimbledon Common for walks, picnics and all outdoor activities. It is ideally suited for public transportation with both a District Line tube station at East Putney and Putney main line station only 5 minutes walk away. There are also numerous bus services to all parts of the city and Thames Ferry services from Putney Pier a short walk away. The famous Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club is just one stop away on the tube.
