5 miles to Disney! This stunning villa sits within the friendly & exclusive gated community of Lake Berkley. The villa enjoys easy access to all of the excellent communities facilities - 2 community pools with kids play area,internet room,arcade games, pool table,tennis & basketball courts,picnic BBQ area, fishing lake etc. With 4 bedrooms all have cable TV & 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms are master suites) and a lovely open feel as you walk through the front door - what can be more relaxing. It is well decorated & furnished with fully tiled floor. There is ample sitting area and the lounge has comfortable sofas to watch cable TV. Access to the privately screened pool area is either via French doors or via a back door to the bathroom (good if you have little ones). The fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, range, dishwasher etc. Washer and dryer are located within the games room it has a full sized pool table ,dart board,bar football! use of car seats, high chair & pushchair.

The house was in a great location especially the gated community with 24 hour guard , it was clean and beautifully furnished with more than enough room for everyone. The management company were excellant. Thanks for such a great holiday and we cannot wait to book for next year - we highly recommend!!
