Nashville House Rental Photos and Description
3 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8
Our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath home sitting on a huge tree filled lot right on the Cumberland River only ten minutes from downtown Nashville, called Reflections on the Cumberland, was totally renovated in 2013 with granite counter tops throughout. Most of the floors are hardwood and tile with carpeted bedrooms. The home has a river theme with a little music city mixed in. All three bedrooms are equipped with queen beds. We have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen- living room-dining room and master bedroom all have a beautiful view of the Cumberland River. A gas tank less water heater provides never ending hot water. The main attraction is the Cumberland River just steps from the back door and patio area.
We are between two large shopping centers, Opry Mills and Rivergate. Great restaurants abound just minutes from your door. The East Nashville restaurant and night club scene is only a four minute drive. Downtown Broad Street, Tootsies, Second Avenue, Hard Rock Cafe, and the entire downtown restaurant and night club scene is only ten minutes away.
The nationally known Hermitage Golf Course is only a four or five minute drive, and Riverside Golf Center is about two and a half miles. Plenty of history abounds in the area as the Trail of Tears went about a half mile from the home. My wife and I have been in the real estate business the last forty years. The last ten years have been devoted to resort and vacation rentals along with other long term rental projects. We have vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge TN and Myrtle Beach SC as well. We wanted a property closer to home and found this gem on the Cumberland River.
Jack purchased this house in 2013
Why Jack chose Nashville
My wife and I have been trying to find riverfront property for ten years and this opportunity happened a couple of months ago. Nashville and the surrounding area has been our home for the last forty years.
What makes this house unique
You do not have to drive anywhere to enjoy river sights-huge towboats and showboat paddle wheelers. You can enjoy them from your living room, bedroom or back yard lawn.
