About Reta S. Hampton
We purchased our home in the spring of 2013, and began renovations immediately. As of October 31, 2013 the entire house and landscaping will have all been renovated. We moved from another island to this one, and love the safe, family oriented island town.

Why Reta S. Hampton chose Sullivans Island
We wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without actually living on a boat! It is wonderful to wake up each morning and see the waves crashing on the beach just outside my living room windows.
What makes this apartment unique
This property is one of the few beach houses on Sullivan's Island that is directly on the beach. We have a large beach in front of the home, and living here is quiet, calm and relaxing.
