Secluded tropical retreat. I’ve stayed in many units in this complex and this unit is my favorite. The condo is minutes from the beach yet far enough away to avoid the beach traffic. The view from the living room lanai is exactly as shown in the picture, its expansive yet private with lush and pretty foliage. I have spent hours on the lanai reading and watching the numerous lizards and birds that live here year-round. Everything you need to live comfortably in the condo is included, from kitchen gear to beach chairs; it pretty much has the whole kit and caboodle.
The owner is very easy to work with and has always answered my emails promptly. The on-site manager responds quickly if you have questions on site and all the grounds-people are courteous and helpful. I've stayed here three times (so far) and have never had any serious issues.
If you've never been to Wailea before, it's super convenient for traveling to other parts of the island but it's also great if you just want to go to the beach every day. The beach at the condo is the best!
FYI, some guests have commented that this unit has traffic noise from the road, I’ve never noticed it. Also, the new internet connection, WiFi instead of the physical cable, is great.
