An excellent appartment in a very good location.
My wife and I stayed here very happily for eleven nights in September 2011. Our priorities were light and space, a reasonable view, a good location, and somewhere easy to cook in when desired. All of these were fully met by the apartment. We had stayed elsewhere in Verona before, just across the river, but it made a big difference to be more central. The surrounding streets are beautiful. It was not always quiet in the evening but, despite our being probably used to and liking quiet more than most folk, we found the level of friendly buzz entirely acceptable
The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable and well-equipped. All the correspondence prior to the booking was straightforward and friendly and we were met very promptly and warmly despite our giving very short notice (by 'phone in the taxi from the station). It did not affect us but our only slight quibble with the description is that there is only the one dedicated bedroom.
Anyone going to Verona will find more to do the more homework they do in preparation. What suited us will not be to everyone's taste, but we should at least mention the wisdom of, early in a stay, buying the Veronacard which will save money and greatly help you plan your way around the best things to see. Again, eating places are a matter of taste so I will say only that we found the bar Art and chocolate' at the end of the vicolo always pleasant and we wish we had tried the nearby 'osteria carre armata' (?) earlier in our stay so that we could have gone there again.
We went to Verona just to enjoy living in Italy for a little while, to relax while enjoying much of all that the city and surrounding parts of Italy have to offer. The apartment was itself a large part of the pleasure, a perfect temporary home.
