This new luxuriously appointed 300sqm open-planned apartment is ideally located in a prime location of Limassol, between the Tourist Area and Amathusia. This newly built private complex is directly opposite the beach, and a stones throw from excellent restaurants, bars and shops. There is a large communal swimming pool within the complex. The main living room is in excess of 120sqm, it also comprises of a large balcony with a comfortable couched sitting area and separate outdoor dining area. The apartment boasts three large double bedrooms, the master bedroom comprising of an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate family bathroom and a separate guests toilet. Each room is fully air-conditioned.
Our company rented the apartment in February 2014 without any end date to the rental period. Ended up renting the apartment until June 2014. Owner was very service minded and helped us with all our inquiries.

We are a Norwegian family (three girls age 10-13-15), renting this apartment for 9 days in July. In summary: Costas (landlord) was very helpful, responding almost instant on emails/questions. When arriving, the apartment was perfectly clean and its size/style even better than on pictures. Many apartments and villas use the term "luxury" but this one really deserves it.
I would like to mention four specific parts. First, very good wifi solution (when experiencing low quality/instability etc it is so frustrating both for adults and children). Second, large and comfortable outdoor balcony. Third, good beds! Finally: it seem as some villas/apartments have aircondition with low capacity (tuned in some way?), in this the aircondition worked very well. Outside: close, quiet and large pool area (we were not sure about this before arrival, hard to evaluate from pictures).
Many different beaches could be reached, with car the Courium beach is strongly recommended. Negatives: the supermarket parking outside the main balcony is not that exciting, but you only sees this when standing by the fence of the balcony and looking down.
Overall: we was very satisfied with the entire stay and this apartment and will recommend it for others without hesitation.
We are a family of 5 (kids aged between 8-15) who just spent an extremely enjoyable 7 weeks in the apartment. The first impression starts with the booking and how accommodating and helpful Costas the landlord is (perfect English). On arrival to the apartment your second impression is the sense of space. All the rooms are oversized and the combined lounge dining open plan kitchen and entry is huge! The apartment is very clean, furnished tastefully and basically as-new. Next is location! Even though there is a covered car space you could go without a car as the bus stop is very close and travels the length of the beach road quite regularly. The beach, bakery, numerous restaurants, cafes, travel agency and supermarket are also directly adjacent. Super convenient to send the kids to get things or to go for a stroll. Sigma bakery is the best and open 24hours. The only slight negative is there is some noise from the rear of the supermarket but completely understandable considering you have all these facilities at your doorstep.
The pool and pool area is very large (T shaped and guessing 20m x 20m) and easily accessible from the apartment. There is even a small toddler pool. All other services are as described including large plasma flat screen TV with satelite channels and fast WIFI - a must for teenagers!
Lastly, what made the stay extra special is the service and attention to detail by the landlord Costa. He really wants his customers to enjoy themselves as doesn't sleep well unless he knows they do.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this apartment and would definitely stay again.
We stayed in this perfect apartment for 3 weeks with our ~2 year old son, a nanny and a couple of grandmothers in tow. This is to indicate how complex it was for us. Costas, the landlord, went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The apartment is the best rental property we have so far seen in Limassol. It's indeed the only one we'd recommend anyone. If we should come to Cyprus we'll be seeking this apartment well in advance to make sure we don't have to stay elsewhere.
The interior is spacious, tasteful and safe even for a very active toddler boy. All the appliances and amenities are up to the high standards declared.
Although the apartment building is in the tourist area usually much hated by reviewers the location is still the best for short or mid-term vacation purposes as being close to the vibrant newly-restored Old Town, major hotels and the beach of course.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish Costas and his family the best of luck.

This apartment was way better then it showen on the pictures. All shops, restaurants and the beach on walking destance from the apartment ( 1 minut walk). Land lord Costas was VERY kind to us. He offer to us all the help we need even to do food shopping. Highly reccomend this place to any one who want to have a great time!!!

A perfect flat situated in the middle of tourist area of Limassol with walking distance to the supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants as well as the beach. Easily acess to the swimming pool.
The flat is huge with modern furnitures, well equipped with spacious rooms and a veranda. The owner is also very friendly and helpfull with any kinds of questions.
We can recommend this flat at our very best.
